This is a very nice hotel and I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. My one issue was that I had requested a non-smoking room, which they couldn't accommodate (in fairness they did not guarantee that the could accommodate guest preferences). The room had the smell of using some kind of product to cover up smoke. I called the front desk, and the staff person said that there were no available rooms to which I could move. They did send someone to "ionize" the room, a process which took about 45 minutes and during which I had to leave the room. It smelled better for a little while but then the odor returned.

Attentive staff! Makes the stay very comfortable and stress free. In room internet charge, toiletries low quality, lack of extra pillows. Regularly stay at The Hilton, found The Omni to lack in ammenties, complimentary internet, to this property. The staff was commendable and very attentive.

The Omni was a wondeful hotel. The staff was very helpful, from an easy early check in (after a 10 hour flight from Seoul this was so very very appreciated!), to directions to local sights and assistance with using the BART. The room was very nice as well, far more spacious and comfortable than the room I had in the Grand Hyatt on my last trip to the Bay Area. Over all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet comfortable retreat in the heart of San Francisco.

Wonderful location in Nob Hill in San Francisco. Cable car stop directly in front of hotel. Hotel is first rate with service and rooms. Would definitely stay again at this hotel

I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff and loved the elegant, comfortable room. The Omni hotel can take pride in their exceptional customer service. This is a beautiful historical building, with updated furnishings and decor. The entire hotel is very clean, and well maintained. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco for business or pleasure!

I travel to SF about once a month on business and always make a point to stay at the Omni. And I'm never disappointed! This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are always very friendly and eager to please. I once went by the business center to print my boarding pass (for free I might add) and it was full. I must have had a sour look on my face because the lady at the front desk offered to print my boarding pass without me evening having to ask. I appreciate that they remember me and call me by name. Food is good and location very convenient for my business. Highly recommend.

Everyone at the Omni was terrific! Everyone had a smile for us and a pleasant greeting. The room was spotless and beautiful. The beds are not queen sized but full sized (a bit small for us). The location was perfect. The cable car ran right outside the hotel, so getting to Union square or Fisherman's W. was easy. The resturant was pricey, but lots of othere places to eat in the area. I can't say enough about the service, congeniality, and friendliness of the hotel staff. Full amenities in the room, never wanted for anything. Great place ... Will stay again.

Friendly, clean, convenient andgood fitness center. The hotel was the Financial district, easy, safe walk to restaurants, trolley, shopping and the ferry building. They have a very friendly staff and I will stay there again.

My daughter and I arrived for a one day stay before flying home to Virginia. The staff at this hotel is amazing. Everyone is very nice and helpful and tolerates all the tourist questions. The doorman helped us with shopping tips and coupons, the bellmen and the valets provided great information and directions. The hotel is in a great spot with the cable car right out front.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The location in the financial district was a little out of the way from restaurants. Very clean, upscale and comfortable rooms. Personnel were professional, friendly and available to answer questions. The guest room was large and well stocked with all that a traveler needs.

Staff was outstanding. Bob´s was bad for breakfast. Slow, not good, expensive. The Omni was terrific. The staff was the best ever. Really made our family feel welcome. Nice touches included morning juice, tea and newspapers at the room - afternoon apples and citrus water in the lobby.
