From check-in to checkout, a fabulous experience through and through. The hotel staff were ever so helpful and accommodating. Kudos to manager Lexie, she ensured us a flawless weekend in San Diego. Would definitely stay at the Omni, SD again.

My husband's flight was delayed a day and they gladly changed the date even though it was a weekend. When I checked in the front desk clerk apologized to me about the inconvinance(even though it was the airlines fault) and gave us a room with a breathtaking view of San Diego harbor. When we returned from a sunset in La Jolla, there was popcorn, soda, candy, milk, and cookies waiting for my kids. Everyone was friendly and the service was awesome.

The location to the new stadium. Parking and not much for the kids to do. This hotel is more for the business travelers or people going to the Padre games not really much to do for kids.

The rooms and view are very nice. The staff is very helpful. The person arranging everything had set us up with late checkout, and I couldn't remember what time it had been set for, but when I called, they just asked me what time I needed. Amenities are quite nice: there's a DVD player, a well-stocked minibar fridge, a safe in the room, even a spare ethernet cable in case you forgot yours. The only in-hotel restaurant is McCormick & Schmick's, but it's very good, and the Gaslamp District, is full of other restaurants. It's right next to a trolley station and across the street from the San Diego convention center. But there are some things that just don't make sense. For instance: The bathrooms have no towel racks, so you have to set your hand towel in a clump on one of the shelves, where it won't get dry. And the bathrooms have wooden blinds which can be opened to let in light -- but they don't close tightly enough to muffle sound.

Exterior beautiful. Inside Beautiful. We did one of those name your own price and got a really great deal I recommend that route otherwise can be quite pricey. Nice room. Pricey restaraunt, to be expected, not too far from the heart of the Gaslamp, about three blocks or so. Staff was helpful and this hotel connects to Petco Park. I would stay again.

On our first trip to San Diego we needed to find a place that was convient to the activities we were planning. This was a great place, walking distance to a lot of dining places, close enough to the beach, highways, and airport.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever got on priceline. Beautiful hotel and a great location. Next to the ballpark, Gaslamp district and seaport village. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

this hotel is in excellent walking distance to nearby shops and attractions. The service is by far excellent. The staff are very friendly and curteous. However, parking is quite expensive and the is no doorman, so open your own door when entering and exiting the hotel loby. But other than that, the hotel is great!!!!!

This hotel is classy, clean, and close to anything you might want in downtown San Diego, including Seaport Village and Kansas City BBQ. Excellent place to stay if you're going to visit Petco Park for a Padres game. My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were adequate size, parking was as affordable as it gets in the downtown area - self parking across the street in the structure was only $24 for 2 1/2 days, although we didn't exit and re-enter. Overall, the Omni exceeded our expectations...this is a place I would stay time and time again, as we visit San Diego at least once per year.

When I called desk they answered phone with how may we assist you Ms. [my last name]. Can't think of anything. Even though I paid less than half the rate I would have paid, if I had I booked directly on the hotel website. The staff was excellent, we were treated like they treat every customer, in a very friendly and helpful way. I asked for a room away from the elevator and they said it would be at the end of the hall, on the 10th floor. Superb service. I forgot my toothbrush. I called down and they answered the phone with a personal greeting for me. I had a free toothbrush and sample toothpaste delivered to my room in less than five minutes.

Very nice room. Only stayed one night, not long enough to take full advantage of the hotel but took advantage of the 12:00 PM check out and slept in.

Location to Gaslamp. Noisy. New, clean modern high rise in downtown San Diego. Parking is $30 no ocean view.

They put me in a handiccapd room with a ""caveman"" style shower with no doors. When I called to ask for a different room so I could take my bath, they said since I booked thru a third party and they couldn't do anything about it. They treating me like trash and not as a guest. Horrible service and experience. They gave my fiancee and I double beds instead of king...Again, we weren't happy at all.

This hotel is awesome! I would find it difficult to stay anywhere else in the Gaslamp, given its location and room quality. If you consider that the price is about average for the area, but the quality of the hotel is far superior, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Great hotel and location. Out of the three hotels I stayed at during my visit, this was over the top with class. Great staff, great views and great quality rooms.

I loved the room, the customer service was great and it was close to everything. I didn't like the fact that there was no night life at the hotel. I loved the services the hotel offered with the exception of a night club/lounge. The location was great and we were in walking distance of pretty much everything. I would definitely stay here again.

"I stayed for a week at the Omni on business. This hotel is truly wonderful. The bathroom is immaculate, room service is good, the beds are comfy, and if you're lucky, you'll get a view of PetCo Park. I was especially impressed with the service. I left a cherished stuffed animal that I travel with at the hotel. Not only did they find it for me, they shipped it to me at their expense! That's amazing service!"

Location was within walking distance to Gaslamp District. The Omni downtown San Diego. The location was great for two reasons. No loud nighttime drive by traffic, and it was within walking distance of Gaslamp district. Walking distance is important so that you don't pay to park for dinner $20, plus you're already paying the normal fee for hotel parking $28.
