The Omni was great, the staff where so friendly and helpful. We arrived at 2:00am and ordered room service, it arrived really fast and it was really yummy. I would without a doubt stay there again. The location was great the rooms where always clean and tidy. Our first day in LA we organised the things we were going to do at the concierge at our hotel and Amy couldnt be more helpful she made our stay even better. I wouldnt stay anywhere else when i go back.

An excellent hotel in the downtown/Bunker Hill area of Los Angeles. Perfectly located for my needs on this trip, everything was exactly as it should be. Comfort, cleanliness, service, amenities. The feeling of luxury throughout.

This is the only place I stay in downtown LA when I have an opera to go to. It's like being home--very welcoming and service is a pleasure. (Also love the pillows.)

Worst hotel in L.A. Staff is uneducated,and rude.Waited several hours for a room and have been incurring FRAUDULENT credit card charges for 2 months from them now.AVOID THIS CRAPHOLE!!!!!!!!!! Terrible location.Staff acts like they don't know where anything is so you have to do everything in the hotel.Much better places for the price.

The hotel was very nice, very clean, good location in downtown L.A. Staff was friendly. We chose this hotel on online travel website's last minue deals, which was great at * a night. However, the other things in this hotel mroe than made up for the cheap price. There is no choice but to use the valet, as there is no other parking, either on street or in a garage, and the price is steep for the valet, at * a night, plus tip. Also, the restaurant items are ridiculous in price. * for six ounces of orange juice, * for a cup of coffee, * for the breakfast buffet. Breakfast one morning was * for the two of us, and * the next. The costs at this hotel can add very quickly if you're not paying attention. Really put a bad taste in our mouths after a fairly nice stay.

Very comfortable bed. I was running my first LA Marathon and needed a place close to the finish that I could crash, take an ice bath and clean myself up after wards. Priceline found me this room in my price and amenity range and I was pleased with the result. I took my ice bath and then cleaned up before heading out for a victory meal. After the meal (and a few beers!) my fiancée and I came back to the room and napped on the most comfortable bed and pillows I have slept on in a great while. This fulfilled my requirements exactly, thanks Omni Los Angeles!

We had an excellent stay at the Omni Hotel. Excellent service the entire time! The staff was extremely nice and helpful! We were asking about nearby shopping, and they offered for their courtesy car to take us to and from wherever we wanted to go within a 3-mile radius of the hotel! This was an excellent service, seeing as parking is so expensive in LA, and we didn't know our way around! The car was prompt in picking us up and took us to several different locations! The entire hotel had beautiful decor, and was extremely clean. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms very clean. We had a great view of the Disney Music Hall and the Museum for Contemporary Arts. As for as the restaurants at the Hotel, there were two. We only ate at the Grand Cafe - the food was good, but a little overpriced. The only real complaint we had for the entire trip was that on the last night of our stay, there was loud music and applause coming from outside. Not sure if it was from the Disney Music Hall or the wedding that was taking place at the Hotel, but perhaps bring earplugs just in case. Other than that we were very pleased and would definitely stay again! Thanks Omni!

We were greeted warmly by the valet as we arrived. The first thing I noticed was the classy ambiance of the quiet boutique hotel. Check in went very smoothly and swiftly. The room was immacculate! I loved the whole place. The only thing missing was a sundry store. Also, the service and food at their Grand Cafe was horrible. It seemed like our server was overwhelmed and the food was left out for too long. It took almost 2 hours just for lunch.

Great location, super clean, very upscale, and incredibly helpful staff. Nothing. The Omni is a great hotel in downtown L.A. with easy access to freeways. It was quiet, clean, very comfortable and the staffwas amazing.

Excellent service, rooms - staff everything excellent. Lovely hotel, downtown location was wonderful, the best part was the beds,very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. Would recommend this downtown location highly.

It was centrally located, beautiful, clean, and had a great staff! I'd def stay here in the future. It's a nice hotel on the expensive side, but thanks to Priceline, my friend and I were able to afford it. This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was a great experience.

Room is large and clean, quiet and premiumTV channels. Bathroom doesn't have ventilation. Nice friendly staff. I can hardly hear noise from outside which is very quiet and relaxation. Parking attendants are very nice and reliable. I'd stay at Omni again for my next trip.

The lobby was filled with fresh flowers and the concierge was very helpful! Our stay at the Omni was superb. We experienced professional and helpful service from the valet staff and concierge. Our room was kept very clean and inviting. The hotel was well decorated and friendly.
