Valle parking, Checking in was a breeze. Room service was great. Only bad experience was someone stealing my privacy sign at night and the overzealous room service lady kept knocking all morning long. Hahahahaa !

The convenience to phillips arena was great. Pool could be deeper and/or larger.

Great hotel....definitely will stay again....staff was great.....Prime Meridian is overpriced, but most hotel bars are.

The proximity to Centennial Olympic park was great. It was very nice to just walk out the door and have the fountains and two playgrounds to use. Afternoon cookies and beverage in the lobby was a nice treat. The only thing we were less than thrilled with was the mandatory valet at a day. I regularly use valet and bellhops when traveling without my husband but like to have a choice to do so. We would definately stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The staff was just great from the vallet to the managers. They were very helpful and nice. The hotel itself was very cleans and had some southern charm to it. Great views and wonderful located just blocks for the Aquarium and World of Coke-Cola.

Front desk service, valet parking and the room was extremely fabulous. The bar was excellent and ever so romantic with candle light atmosphere with a view of atlanta's city lights.

We chose the hotel for it's close proximity to everything downtown. We only spent one night but it was worth it. The personnel at the front desk were very friendly. We missed the breakfast buffet, but the restaurant in the other tower was very good and the service was excellent. The hotel was nice and convenient and I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is very nice and the location is great. The only down side was the $30 per day valet.

Location near park and concert venue. Valet only parking $30/day. The Omni at CNN Center is conveniently located near downtown attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium, The Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, Centennial Olympic Park and the Atlanta downtown area. All attractions except downtown are within easy walking distance and the hotel is very close to a Marta station so even the outlying areas of the city are accessible without using a car. It also incorporates CNN world headquarters, has retail stores connected to the Atlanta Braves and the various Turner/CNN networks.

Stayed here for the chick-flia bowl. Right next to the World Congress Center and the Dome. Valet parking was great and fast service. Cost 25.00 per night was a little high, but hey, you're in Atlanta. Rooms were comforable. Will stay here again.

We made a pit-stop in Atlanta in our cross-country trip. The kids wanted to hop in the pool, but it closed at 9 pm and we didn't get in until 930 pm. The valet area was congested due to a convention and a soccer competition. We were tired from being on the road and the bell hop was so pushy/eager, it was nerve wracking. Too many workers involved in the check in process. For instance, the valet guy, the bell hop at the curb to put your luggage on the cart and pass you on to the other bell hop who takes you up to the registration desk and then up to your room. At first, I guess the noise of all the people, valet driver shouting out to each other, and us just wanting to check in was a bit much. The south and north hotel was confusing and there were certain elevators for different things you were doing. Bottom line: If you're going for some fun as a couple, go for it. If it's a family affair w/children, call in advance or check online to see what activities will affect your stay. I didn't find it family-friendly. I must say the one bell hop who took our luggage up to the room was patient and informative. The place is GORGEOUS and quite fancy, so if that's what you're looking for...it's perfect.

Location to the event I was attending and the staff.

This hotel was very nice. I enjoyed the fact that it is just a stones throw from the Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, Turner Field, the Sundial Resturant, etc. The hotel was very nice except for the fact that they put us in a room without a view of anything but a large empty room. Also do not stay in room 441 because this room is right next to the Janitors' closet and the janitors will be literally slamming things around ALL NIGHT. But other than that very nice hotel.

At first mix-up with my name at check-in desk and I had to wait a while. Thank God that I found my confirmation sheet.

The decor of the hotel was very nice, along with the view and convenience of tourist attractions. The hotel and staff were professional and pleasant. I throughly enjoyed my stay, and plan to return to the hotel again. The location is Convienient to several tourist attractions, and the hotel itself has several convenient attractions.

I vist Atlanta atleast 4 times a year. I stay at the Omni everytime. I always get the room I ask for. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are always clean. The location is great. I go to hockey games at Phillips Arena. You don't even have to walk outside. There is a food court and Jock n Jills right there. I would greatly recommend this hotel to anyone!! It doesn't get much better than this.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was great, service was great. Connected to CNN center and a VERY short walk to GWCC and Phillips arena. Was in town for a convention, so didn't get to see much else around the hotel, but it seems to be in a good central location. Would stay here again for sure.

The Omni was a hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta, be it for business or leisure. I have never been to a hotel where the entire staff was so friendly and courteous. The room was also quiet, clean and comfortable. It was overall, an extremely enjoyable experience.
