| The stay was wonderful, the hotel is great and the location as well. The only issue was at check out time when the hotel refused to agree to the price quoted on the Venere reservation saying it was a mistake and the hotel was no longer working with Venere. We had to argue hard before returning to the agreed rate. That was a pretty painful experience! |
