| Thank you for providing sensibly priced accomodation with great choice of breakfast. My only comment would be that your full address was not on the invoice we received this made it harder to find. Also the bedroom was made up as a double bed which did not impress my 16 year old daughter and 11 year old son. |

| Boutique hotel that thinks it is hip, but is only slightly tacky.
Rooms quite good and spacious. Breakfast and reception in an area like a school hall
Somewhat unprofessional staff, but good free parking. |

| It is a brand new hotel and doesn't yet appear on Sat Nav so finding it was a bit of a problem, but the hotel was excellent value and had excellent facilities in the rooms/apartments. Although we were only in Lille for 1 night, it would have been a good hotel for several days, with excellent parking and good access to the motorway network. |

| We stayed in the apartments, lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful especially with the language barrier. The selection at breakfast was superb and very fresh, excellent value for money. Our boys 9&12 enjoyed their stay too, making our stay easier, they could go and play on the pool table and we felt that they were as we could watch them over the balcony. |

| The metro is at least 15min walk from the hotel, a vehicle is recommended if travelling with young children. They won't provide cots, although an additional single bed was availabled in the room. We had our travel cot anyway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A large choice of good foods was available for breakfast. Altogether very satisfied, would definitely recommend. |

| One member of staff running reception and the bar/shop area led to a lengthy wait for anything. On the day I arrived I rented a DVD from reception and pointed out to them that the cable linking the TV and DVD was missing. They promised to rectify the fault but did nothing, I reminded them in the morning as I left for the day. Surprised to find again nothing had been done I again visited reception and asked for the problem to be resolved. After 30 minutes waiting for the solo member of staff to acknowlege me I explained the problem for the 4th time and was advised that there was probably a problem with the TV and there was nothing he could do. The next morning when I checked out I returned the DVD which I asked to be removed from my bill as I had been unable to watch it. The girl asked me if I wanted to rent another one instead??? I pointed out that we were checking out! She totalled my bill which I paid in cash and recieved incorrect change which I pointed out and asked for the correct change. In summing up I would say the Apart-hotel was in an odd location on a University campus away from the town, decor and facilities were good but this was badly let down by the lack of staffing levels and inept staff members. |

| The hotel is situated in a quiet place close to metro station and not far from a shop and restaurant zone (by car). The appartments in the hotel were rent mainly by families and the atmosphere was calm. Our apartement was clean, convenient and comfortable : wide bed, big TV set, kitchen to cook... The breakfast, taken in the great hall, was copious. I'll sleep back in Olivaruis if I come again in Lille. |
