Basic apartments but location more than makes up for it being just off Main Square. Found location of office rather difficult and without the help of an American lady (who lived in Krakow) would have taken even longer. Would recommend taking a taxi if you are new to area. Enjoyed our breakfast in restaurant looking onto square. Krakow is very interesting and would recommend visit to Salt Mines.

The apartment we stayed in was very close to the train station which was great - no trekking across town with heavy bags. The apartment was compact but it had everything we could possibly need. The bedroom was on a mezzanine floor which would be uncomfortable for taller guests - I'm 5'4" and I couldn't stand up straight. The stairs were steep too so not suitable for young children or older guests. The street was noisy on Friday and Saturday night but it's one of the things you have to accept staying so centrally and it's not the noisiest of the streets in the Old Town. If you are a light sleeper, you may need to ask for a room on a higher floor or facing the courtyard. We went for the bed and breakfast option - we're not Polish speakers so it made it easier in the first couple of days but when I go back again I'll be adventurous and strike out on my own. Would definitely stay here again.

The member of staff who met us at the appartments was very friendly and helpful. The appartment was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. It was situated only 5 minutes from the main square. Breakfast was provided at a restaurant in the square and was great. Cracow was wonderful and we had a great time. Make sure you visit it.

Excellent Location. Room was spotless, could find no faults. Only negative was that staff could not advise what time breakfast was available and we would have to go and find out ourselves from the restaurant. But overall excellent.
