An amazing holiday- wonderful accommodation in a wonderful cityCustomer service was amazing- before my trip the email correspondence was great- we were able to arrange early check in, late check out, a smoking apartment with twin beds and our airport transfers.We were met at the airport and arrived at the apartment which was being serviced at the time (we arrived before 10am) but were given a warm welcome, given our keys, a copy of a 10 day weather forecast and a map of the area and allowed to use the facilities before exploring.We could not have asked for a better location - the apartment is so central- 5 mins from Wenceslas square, less than 10 mins to the old town square and 10 mins to Charles Bridge. There was a Tesco Metro a few doors away for us to stock up on food and drink. The apartment itself was very clean and huge! It had beautiful high ceilings and original features but with all mod cons. The beds were clean and so comfortable, the kitchen area had everything we could need including a full size fridge, there was a well appointed living area and the bathroom was modern with a lovely power shower. I could not fault the location, the apartment or the customer service. I would highly recommend these apartments to everyone and I may just see you there as I can't wait to go back!!!!

Prague Old Town Residence ApartmentsFantastic location right in the centre of where you would really want to be, close to Old town square, Wenceslas square and the river Vltava for Charles bridge amongst many other things.The accommodation we had was two bedroms, a lounge shower room with a galley style kitchen in the hallway, very clean, flexible apartment (5 of us) with a small balcony, not too much to see looking outside but close to everything from Czech pubs and restaruants through to the Tesco supermarket just round the side of the building.It's a secure building with a locked door from the street to the communal stairwell and another secure door to the apartment itself up the stairs (or small lift).Our booking was handled by Michal who also met us and let us check our bags in a few hours before the actual room was booked, we were also allowed to store our bags in the building for half a day after checkout until our flight time. Michal is friendly and helpful with advice on where to go if you want it and city maps, he will also arrange airport transfers (we didn't use or know about this until afterwards)Great for groups but I would also return to these apartments with family as it's easy to find and is a great place in a top location.

The apartments are perfectly located, very close to the city centre, charles bridge and the metro. The apartments are separate from the main hotel, so as a result there is no front desk. But if there are any issues (and we had one with the heating) the staff were contactable by phone and rectified the problems very quickly. It would have been helpful if they had a microwave, but this was only a small problem. There is a Tesco supermarket across the street which is very convenient! I would recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay in the heart of Prague! Lovely accommodation and great customer service. Great correspondance prior to trip and option to book fast and efficient transfers from/to the airport too. Only improvement would be the addition of some curtains in the bedrooms, as you tend to wake with the sunrise otherwise. Not always the best after a late night. We stayed on the 5th floor which was a little tiring due to the stairs but the peace and quiet away from the street and views made it worthwhile. Michal was a great host and made himself available throughout the trip should we have had any problems.

Very clean,spacious and ideally situated apartments.These apartments are ideal for a large or small party of people. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Ideally situated for Old town square/ Wencaslas Square and a short walk for Charles Bridge.

This is a great place with a great location. Only a 7 minute walk to Old Town Sq. The only suggestion I have for the place is that they need better blinds for the windows. The street lights are right outside and it seems to brighten up the place at night. Also if you are a light sleeper you need be be aware that you can hear cars, the tram, and people on the street below you. Great place though, I highly recommend it.

Exceedingly helpful chap who booked us in- we arrived with an additional 2 people and he provided extra duvets & towels at no extra cost. Superb location- 5 minute walk to Wenceslas Square. Very spacious apartment and great value (we paid just 15 euros each per night).

Ideally positioned to see the city and get to shops, bars etc.Good sized aparment and very helpful owner, would recommend the airport shuttle service if more than 4 travelling.

amazing! except our room was on the 5th floor and the elevator only went up to the 4th. otherwise, perfectly clean, loft style apartment with wooden floors.

Apartment was ideal accomodation, very central and fantastic value for money (£20 per head per night). Great communication from owners prior to arrival. A lot of stairs to climb to higher floors which is fine if you can do them but may be a problem for families with young children/pushchairs/luggage.If your looking for very good value accomodation in a very central locations (5 mins walk Old Town Sq, 5 mins Wenceslas Sq) then this is the place to stay if your just wanting somewhere to put your head down at night after exploring the city.

The apartment was clean, bright and extremely well located for sightseeing and eating out in Prague. Try the Cafe Louvre two doors down for an excellent breakfast.
