well... .... had booked a trip and came to cracow 2 years ago . it was wonderful. ...... beautiful .............the apartments this time were VERY VERY basic. it was too like a student apartment. maybe the people who are buying these apartments and renting them out should think again..... has put me off OLD TOWN appartments.... there are other appartments in the old town which are brilliant.... so...... REALLY spend time LOOKING...my dad was polish, and would not have been pleased by this.....get your act together........ cracow is more than beautiful....................

Great apartment, much better than hotel. Superb location, no noise from street either. Shame there's no lift but wouldn't stop me staying there again.

The apartment we stayed in was called Savannah and it was very tastefully decorated and centrally located. It was a real home from home and next time I go to Krakow I will definitely book Old Town Apartments again.

The apartment was centrally located next to the main square enabling us to walk to all the main tourist attractions in the Old Town. However, it was on the third floor of an apartment block with no lift and would not be suitable for older travellers or people with mobility problems. Also, some noise from people in the street could be heard at night. Although the apartment (20) was advertised as suitable for 4 adults the fold down bed was small and only had single sheets on it which would really only be suitable for one person. The apartment was clean and the central location made it an ideal base for touring Krakow.

Fantastic location and cleanliness was second to none. Be aware that large parties may not be all in the same accommodation block, our party was 15 and we were in 3 locations. All sited on the edge of the main square where all the action is.

We stayed in an apartment. It was very clean, furnished well, secure. We couldn't work out how to heat the water but a visit to the main office sorted that. A two minute walk to the main market square, next door to a grocery shop, ten minute walk to where Cracow Tours bus did a pick up (on return we were dropped off beside the market square). Staff were polite and helpful.Have already started to recommend the apartments to family and friends.

The bed was very low to the floor and made it difficult to enter or exit. There was no explanation of how the heat worked and we took a day or so to figure it out. Cable TV would have been nice. A nice place but on checking hotel prices, we could have stayed in a very nice one for only a little extra. Otherwise, a neat and tidy place to stay and very handy to the old city.P.S. Loved Krakow...beautiful city!
