Staff were really nice and helpful. Great location and good value. Great for people looking to do a spot of shopping and have a night out only draw back is the lack of parking and showers are a bit cramped.

Was extremely difficult to find in a very busy driving location. Passed it 3 times using SatNav but failed to locate it. No signage and a very narrow entrance.

In the 4 nights that we were there the sheets weren't changes, the beds were just roughly made. And the tea cups in our room weren't replaced so that we had to wash them ourselves with shampoo. The noise from the pub right under our window was diabolical too. So that was just a case of join in or go else where. There was no do not disturb sign either, so we felt we had to get up before 9am rather then sleeping in, in case house keeping burst in on us.

The first room was so small you could barely turn around in it. When we called to say the bathroom light didn't work, they changed us to a suite which was very nice (like photo on Internet). Staff was friendly until the end when they freaked out when we didn't check out exactly on time after receiving a 45 min extension. Downtown pubs are very noisy when they let out at 2:30 am wkends. Beautiful breakfast sunroom and you can request something other than eggs and pork-though not clear what the options are.

Great location just off Cruise Street. Clean and friendly only down point is no lifts in the Hotel. The Hotel has no car park however it was only 14.50 for the day and over night stay and its 2 min walk away. The breakfast in lovely and there is also a restaurant in the Hotel or a fabulous Chinese next door. This Hotel is great value for money.
