Shuttle is very convenient. Got in at 3:30am and maid woke me at 9am despite do not disturb sign. Good for short lay overs at HNL airport.

We stayed here for one night. Arriving late and leaving after breakfast. The Airport shuttle was a great help, the beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast started at 6.30 and the shuttle had us back at the airport by 7am. Definitely would stay here again if we have early morning flights.

This hotel was great. Location is about 5 min from the airport, their free shuttle runs every 30 mins, 24 hrs a day. Very convenient. Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet, considering the proximity to a busy airport. We will be staying there in the future. I would recommend it to anyone has an overnight lay-over in Honolulu.

Convenient, affordable, free airport shuttle. Very basic room and amenities. great affordable hotel for stopover to other Hawaiian islands.

If this is the best you can do when you come to Hawaii, just don?t come. The hotel is on the Access road to the states largest freeway and the rear of the hotel is not more than a few hundred yards off the runway. The shuttle took almost an hour to pick me up at the airport but the ride back to the hotel was not more than 3 minutes. The staff was not unpleasant but very terse and not a smile in sight. The beds are clearly motel rejects. The hotel restaurant doesn?t even open every night, I?ll have to take the ?complimentary? shuttle to the Best Western for dinner, if I happen to want something better, too bad. About the most positive thing to say is that the A/C unit is almost noisy enough to dull the sounds of traffic, until a truck comes by. Business traveling is sometimes less than comfortable but his is the worst I've ever had.

I stayed in the hotel for a overnight layover. Rooms and common use acilities were neat and clean. Breakfast bar had a lot of fresh fruit but other menu items were dull. Overall experience was great and I would recommend this hotel to others.

While staying with friends in Hawaii over New Year's Eve, the owner of the house got sick and we had to book a hotel -- the day before New Year's Eve. It wasn't bad in an emergency (when the alternative was to go home!) but the location isn't great if you, like us, plan to spend every day and night in Waikiki. The rooms were much bigger than you would get for twice as much per night in Waikiki. The staff was nice, taxis were quick to respond since it is right next to the airport. Other than location, the biggest problem is that you can't get anything to eat after 11, since the restaurant and room service are closed and there are no restaurants or stores nearby. Staying there wasn't bad, but we wouldn't stay there again unless we had an overnight layover in Honolulu.

This was a business trip. The location was great. It is a good value. It's not a fancy hotel but for what I was there for it was great. Close to the airport and the military base. The staff were very nice. It never felt crowded. There was no problem with overcrowding at breakfast. They have a free airport shuttle too. The grounds were very nicely kept.

The desk clerk was polite, but rather abrupt. Nice older hotel with attractive upgrades. Rooms were very clean and the service staff was friendly and courteous.

The desk staff was rather rude and the rooms weren't ready inspite of reservations having been made nearly 6 months in advance. We waited at the desk for 15 minutes with no one responding. When the lady finally came out from the back room, she treated us as though we were interupting her. We had 5 rooms reserved for our group. It took 20 minutes to get room assignments at 11:30pm. Parking is not included with this hotel either! The room key is needed to get into the outer doors to provide added security; but the locks weren't working and we simply pulled the doors open. We checked out next morning and found a different hotel for the remainder of our vacation.

Close to airport for a layover, this was good. Very basic, staff was not friendly andhotel rooms need upgrade. Hotel is good for a layover, not somewhere you want to spend your vacation. Shuttle was a nice touch, but the driver could have smiled, and welcomed us. I traveled with my young daughter over 16 hours to get there and smile would have been nice. Rooms are simple and offer a shower. Hallway noise was a problem. Continental breakfast include with room was nice, but not enough food supplied for influx of guests and attendants were not attentive.

--if you need to be close to the airport. We needed a hotel for one night and called this one last minute from the airport. Hotel shuttle picked us up promptly and check-in was quick. It was a bit of a maze to get to our room, but we figured it out! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and the air conditioning worked GREAT. The room size was good and the bathroom was huge (it was clean too). The room rate was very good for the price. Very nice stay.

As former residents of Hawaii returning for family business this place was great for us. It is not a luxury tourist hotel but is very adequate especially for a short stay on business. The location close to the airport made getting in and out of Honolulu easy and very easy to pick up and return a rental car. Breakfast every morning was nice and convenient. We will gladly return to this hotel in the future.

It is close to the airport. It was hard to get in and out of traffic wise. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and the hotel did not have any unpleasant odors.

My family and I stayed here for a day. We had a late flight out to the mainland. This is a budget hotel but worth it. We met families staying here because of the price. The hotel is convient to all attractions. The pool was great and the rooms all have new carpeting. The resaturant on site was good. The rooms also have a refrigerator and microwave. I would recommend for those a budget since Oahu can be very expensive and those who need a place before a late fight out.

The staff is friendly and the try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I found the prices on the in-room movies too high though and the hotel restaurant food prices were also a little pricey.
