arrived after 2 days of non stop driving to find out they had lost reservation even though it was confirmed 3 times even the same day as arrival. got a room at 12:30 am to find out it had not been cleaned, imprint of person in bed and pillow, all covered with long black hairs. moved to new room, little better wall paper torn off wall, holes with bare wires in cabniets . room rate was higher tham quoted, got fixed affter 2 different times going to front desk. manager was never to be found even when we asked for her, took off in car when we came to front desk! very young front desk girls even in evenings. but they were friendly and most helpful..if not for them we would have left no restaurant and no pool!! nothing in hotel for you to do.

I recently had my WEDDING at this resort and could not believe the terrible service I received, from unreturned phone calls/emails to RUDE behavior, not the mention applying for BANKRUPTCY PROTECTION 3 weeks before my wedding day. The wedding co-coordinator is TERRIBLE, never showed for my rehearsal, was never around on my wedding day, I did not get an invoice for the wedding till half way through my reception. Things were promised that they took away. VERY BAD experience PLEASE STAY AWAY!

This buffet has gone so far downhill we don't know where to start!Arrived at 5pm seating at 5pm food looked about as tired as the staff! Come on guys, how hard is it to at least have the gravy for the roast hot!The roast itself was cooked nicely although I would have much preferred thin slices; one wonders if the knife was dull or the server just tired?We all agreed the food was cold, like eating warmed over leftovers that were barely warm! Our bill came before we had dessert, the 4 year old was charged for ( this was corrected when we mentioned it) the senior discount was not given, our water glasses remained empty even after the oldest in our party (81) had gone to seek out a glass of water which he had to carry back to table himself! We were never asked how anything was, a 15% tip was added to our bill so we suppose the servers don't have to worry about service standards. We did seek out the dining room manager and tried to complain but she as much as called as liars ,saying the food had just been put out so couldn't have been cold. I guess our table was all wrong as must have been other diners we overheard commenting that maybe the steam tables weren't working as their food wasn't hot. When we enquired about coffee we were told it wasn't included and as our bill was already made up our server never asked if we would still like some.

I was very, very dissatisfied with this hotel. The room was not even finished, the countertops were loose and one tipped over. It was obvious that the room was set up just to get Americans in. When I first checked in to our room we were given a ocean view with a view of the pool building and we had to look up to see that. Don't be fooled by this hotel, it is not ready for prime time.
