Delightfully decorated with upscale appointments, each of the 125 two bedroom/two bath units features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and DVD/VCR. Full-view windows and large private balconies in each unit enhance the brilliant beach views. Complimentary seasonal beach service consisting of the use of two chairs and an umbrella for each day of your stay is included for short-term reservations. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Check-in is located at 15817 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach. Front desk is open 24-hours. Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age. IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced. If we find that guest are not 25 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded.
