There is no restaurant or bar on site and this was a conscious decision to preserve the privacy of the location. However there are several places to eat and drink in the 400 meters between phase one and phase two.The condos are spacious. There are 4000 square foot, four-bedroom four-bathroom penthouses and 1800-square foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, units. All units are fully appointed with modern Italian kitchens, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and Teak wood furniture from Bali.

First word of caution would be to be weary of your interaction with the management of the rental pool. They were less then forthcoming with more then one item. Their rental rates are over inflated compared to anywhere else in Cabarete, even owners' in the rental pool are unaware of the true rates that are being charged. Second, these units are being marketed as luxury and are far from it. We walked into our rental to an over powering musky smell, which we thought we would be able to get rid of by lighting some candles, but we were wrong, the smell remained in the condo right to the last day of our stay. The granite counter top was nice, however, broken in front of the sink, the dishwasher fell out from under the counter and there was some sort of lizard living in the bed we were meant to sleep in. We don't mind sub-par accommodations, however, not at the inflated rate they are charging. Also, be careful of the two dogs on the property, a golden retriever and a lab x terrier, they defecate all over the property and their owners do not pick up after them, they also bark constantly. I would look else where to stay, there are plenty of beautiful villas, condos and hotels to stay at, in Cabarete / Kitebeach and where you won't be pushed to buy into one of the developers other projects.
