My family and I just came back from this resort and we had such a wonderful vacation experience. The quality of the food was good, the service excellent, all the employees are very nice, there are plenty of things to do (tennis, golf, swimming, volleyball, kids club, casino, and the nightly shows were awesome). The beach had crystal blue water and the sand is nice and cool plus very clean. I would recommend this resort to all my friends and family. The only thing I didn't like was the lobster from the beach restaurant. They over cook it and come out tough like rubber. Other than that the rest of the restaurants serve good food. I was satistied and will definetely go back again.

If you're happy with just an ocean and want to have everything close - go there. Punta Cana is a kind of forgotten lands, nothing happens but sunrise or sunset. Service is good, food - due to big buffet and a number of a la carte restaurants is various and good as well. Two big pools - if you don't like wind from the ocean.

On a positive note, we loved the beach. Even though reports said you could not get a seat, we did not have trouble locating one. The staff are very friendly and you can always get a drink at the bar. The kids loved the dirty monkeys which is a chocolate milk drink as well as the frozen virgin drinks. However, we went with 6 families, and everyone but 2 people got sick...I don't think this is a coincidence. By sick, I am talking about intestinal distress and a lot of it, gas, vomiting and lots of loose stools. When we spoke to the front desk, they assured us it was not the water, BUT don't use it in your room or let your kids get the water from the pool in their mouths. I never saw anyone check the levels in the pool all week and by 5pm the pool is so cloudy you could not see! In addition, the food is terrible. I mean barely could eat it. The kids were fine, since they can survive on french fries and pizza, but as an adult going on a 4 star vacation, I had to eat to survive, not out of pleasure. On more than one occasion there were cockroaches in our room and the water pressure in the shower was not enough to get you clean no matter how hard you tried. If you are looking for a bargain, don't expect to eat much, and love the beach, this is the resort for you. Just don't drink the water or foods soaking in it.

We had an amazing time in Punta Cana. We really loved our resort... everything was all inclusive! Unlimited drinks, food, and entertainment... It really was an experience... Another girl and I traveled together and we loved it! My only complaint is that they say the water activities are ALL INCLUSIVE but you have to PAY 45 dollars for a lesson. So not really included... I would deffinitely return.
