Premier Room-Rajvilas has 54 deluxe rooms separated in clusters of four and six around a private central courtyard with garden and fountains. Each air-conditioned deluxe room has an area of approximately 42 sq mts and is elegantly appointed, with a four poster king size bed, dressing room with walk in closet, personal bar, satellite TV, compact disc and laser disc player, in-room safe and twin telephone lines. Each deluxe room has a spacious en-suite marble bathroom with a double vanity counter, sunken bath and separate shower overlooking a private walled garden.

Luxury Tent-Rajvilas has 14 luxury tents (including the tented villa). Each air-conditioned tent has an area of approximately 45 sq mts, with spacious, beautifully appointed interiors and teak wood flooring. Each tent has a bathroom with double vanity counter, colonial style freestanding cast iron bathtub and separate shower stalls. There is also a walled garden and private deck for sun bathing and outdoor dining. The tented villa is a combination of two tented structures across a larger area with its own garden. One tent constitutes the bedroom and the other the living area, with a dining table for four and an attached powder room
