I was disappointed in the quality of the bed. I have never slept on a more uncomfortable bed. It was extremely HARD! I felt like I was sleeping on a cement floor. My back and neck hurt the following morning and I had to travel over 600 miles on medication because of it. When I went to use the quick check out on the TV, the charge for the room was more than the reservation I confirmed online. I had to make a special trip to the casino and fix the problem.

Travel agency made my check in a nightmare. Other sites I have used if there is a problem with your check in date they will not let you book untill they talk to tell you what wrong the price of the hotel went up and they said send the billing statment and then will refund your money. I leave town to get away from problems like that I don't think I will use this again also I couldn't understand the customer sevice Rep. with there broken english thanks for a bad time travel agency.

I will repeat will not ever again reserve from these rude people and I rather stay in rest area and sleep than to put up with these people.Keep my money and shove it up yours

Overall quality of rooms has degraded compared to our stay last year. Rooms are in need of an overall upgrade. The hotel is still adequate and the staff were friendly and attempted to assist when asked. Believe soaps, shampoo, towels, ete. should be improved.The hotel is a good value for the money but could stand improvement.

This hotel/casino is really awful. It is small, dirty and disgusting. There is a mildew smell that is very strong and over-powering in the poker table area. I don't understand how any place of business can allow this; something needs to be done about it.
