The centre of town is a 15-minute walk from the hotel and offers several dining, shopping and entertainment options. The Night Bazaar is a 5-minute drive from the hotel, whilst Chiang Mai International Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Despite being situated nearby the centre of town, the family-friendly city hotel lies in a quiet area and prides itself on its good and friendly service. Renovated in 2007, it comprises 79 rooms and features a lobby with a hotel safe, lift access, a hairdressing salon, a restaurant, conference facilities and public Internet access. Room and laundry services are available, whilst guests travelling by car may leave their vehicles in the car park for an additional fee.
