the hotel looks very nice from the outside and the rooms arent bad BUT the service from reception is TERRIBLE and when you ask them to clean the mould from the bath they take 4 days to actually do something about it (finally moved us into a cleaner room) The maids are VERY rude and went through our stuff (jewllery box started at the bottom of our bag and ended up on the top of our bag OPEN when they were done with cleaning the room...when we made a complaint about this they suggested that the jewllery box may have "fallen" open..) Parking was also a probelm, we were told that parking was available at the hotel but when we arrived in our hire car they informed us that parkling was not available at the hotel, but we could go down the street and park for * a day. would NOT reccomend this hotel!!! the room wasnt cheap.. do yourself a favour spend the money on a decent hotel!!
