there are 4 people stay and they gave us 3 spoons, 2 tea bags, cattle was there, no tea towel. and charging for extra tea bag, which we thought is a bit of a laugh.

Recommended for apt like living. Good cooking and washing possibilities in the apartment. Very close to the Sky city tower.

About 8 mins walk from Skycity Casino and 15 mins walk to Queens St. Looks like a new hotel so very clean. Nice interior. Pricing very reasonable.

The hotel was rather distant from Lower Queen Street than we had anticipated. Eating places not close The inner bedroom was rather stuffy

Lovely modern 2 bedroom apartment, but with 4 people a bigger dining table and 2 more chairs would have been welcome. We took it in turns to eat breakfast. Probably situated in the seedier part of Auckland, we thought so anyway but once you knew your way around, we avoided certain sections of Hobson Street.

Stayed in a 2 bed apartment for a week in early February - mid summer. The air conditioning in the room was very good. Corridors, lift lobbies etc were not air conditioned and badly ventilated - sweltering at times, particularly when waiting for lifts. The apartment was small but adequate and had all essential facilities. Excellant shower. Small cheap TV with very limited choice of channels and poor reception. Floors and settee a bit sticky which was off putting. The area is not nice - on a main road next to the central police station and along the street from the night shelter for the homeless. Reasonably close to the CBD though. We opted for a non-serviced rate which was very cheap and quite good value for the money. Parking was a rip-off at $20 per night and had to be booked in advance. Probably would not stay here again.

An excellent place to stay, close to CBD very clean and comfortable.if you need parking make sure you pre arrange as there is only limited spaces.
