The carpets in the unit were stained and tired. The particular unit had no outlook whatsoever other looking into other units, in what is an extremely large complex. Whoever designed the car parking numbering ought to try one more time then give it away. Doubt whether I would condider returning. I believe there are other complexes offering better at not much more in cost.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room is big and clean with ocean view balcony. Swimming pool is very beautiful! I think they are much better looking than photos which we saw at hotel club web site. The location is perfect. There are supermarket, bar, restaurants and caffe at ground floor of the hotel. The service is excellent too. They happily allowed us to check in early and check out late without any extra fees. Everyday we were swimming in the pool and beach. We love to stay there again!

my husband and i have stayed at the oaks twice this time we stayed in the 2 bed penthouse apartment the sheets on the sofa bed were left on and were dirty it was also missing quiet a bit of stuff the staff were great and fixed everything we have no problm going back there in fact we are booked in again 22nd august

Apartment was very spacious as we were lucky enough to score a two bedroom although there was only the two of us. Balcony provided excellent views of the beach and was a perfect spot for breakfast. I would recommend the apartments to others.

This is the third time I've stayed at the Oakes Seaforth and have found both the accommodation and the position to be excellent. There is also an excellent bus service at the resort’s doorstep. It is close to the beach, spacious, quiet and great value.

It is sometimes difficult booking a Hotel on line as you are never quite sure what you will get, but Oaks Seaforth Resort was more than we expected, had a beautiful weekend, ocean views and sea breeze.

This resort was very nice to stay at but the facilities were only the standard you would expect at any resort. I think that if we hadn't got a Hot Deal for pricing I would have been very disappointed.
