We stayed twice, two weeks apart. The pace was good, though freezing cold, so we had to use the electric heater to warnm it up. Couldn't get two keys to the room either time, which was a bit of a nuisance when there were four of us. Having said that, it's a great location and a good price.

Gym is mediocre, needs a tv in it Area is a bit of red light district but still very near harbour staff were very good no broadband just dial up we were surprised that no cleaning service was provided - they said the rate we had did not allow for that, still they were kind to change towels all in all, an inexpensive clean hotel, with nothing fancy, but of excellent value

Service not too good. Had to contact housekeeping 3 times for pillows and coathangers!! Broken furniture and loose power point reported but nothing done about it.

Nice and beautiful apartment, quite near to Queen's street. The drawback is the noise from the pubs nearby. Difficult to get sleep.

Very friendly staff. On arrival they accepted my pre-booking form, checked my details and even upgraded my room due to some of the rooms not being ready... Excerlent service!!! The location was great, very handy to downtown. I will be returning.

The location is very good, close to harbour, shops, cafes etc, but is slightly seedy (red light area). The entrance and hallways to the rooms are small, but the rooms themselves are great.

Definitely in red light district with The Gentlemans Club across the road and Showgirls around the corner. Apartment small but big enough for the 3 of us and were only here to sleep, eat breakie, shower then off to see the sights. Kitchen had everything we needed apart from a chopping board (mushies for the stir thru pasta sauce) and no colander to drain pasta. Double check the toaster, 6 settings, however 2 upwards will set the smoke detector off. Bathroom a little on the small size for a 2-bedroom apartment and watch the hot towel rack! Beds comfy enough, I had to use 3 pillows to get it to my usual home pillow height. Down lights in both bedrooms, non-adjustable, no lamp for bed time reading. Overall a new and very clean apartment and good value for money.

I found this apartment ideal for someone on their own with no transport. It is so central to everything and only a short walk to Britomart. Fab restaurants and cafes nearby also. I also enjoyed the view and lights at night. It was great to be able to make use of the lap pool - much fun swimming and looking at all the surrounding buildings. I will definitely stay there again. The staff were very helpful and pleasant which is a bonus as this is not a hotel as such.

We stayed for a week, first in a 2 bedroom on 30th floor with one bathroom then to the 37th floor with 2 bathrooms. The view of the city was absolutely spectacular. The apartments modern and stylish. We will definately return, but request for room with shower, not bathtub as the floor gets rather wet.

These apartments are clean, modern and comfortable. The balconies are too small to sit out on and we did not realise the swimming pool was outdoors, but overall these apartments are excellent value for money.

As with a number of high rise Auckland hotels that are becoming surrounded by other high-rises, you probably want to be up reasonably high to get sun or views - no point being on level 2 or 3. My room was a little small, but you get what you pay for, and the place was perfect in every other respect - they even found me an already made up room when I arrived at 10am.

The views from the top floors (we were on 36th floor), were amazing, but definately ask for a lower floor if you suffer even slightly from vertigo!!! The room was compact, but clean and had eveything you needed in an apartment style accommodation. The hallways were very narrow. The lap pool and small gym were good!

We found it handy to everything. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go rather than taxi. Surprised at how good it was for the price.
