Excellent location with outstanding views of the beach, hotel facilities were good. Our room was cleaned to a good standard but the stains to the corridor carpets do not give a good impression. We were lucky but rooms over the bar could lead to sleep problems. Staff not very friendly. Overall we had a lovely 4 weeks in this hotel and would reccommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Adelaide area. The tram service to Adelaide was excellent

Excellent place to stay. We've stayed there lots BUT dont stay there on New years Eve. All hell broke loose when we were there for the 08-08 NYE. Couldnt sllep due to racket next door, constant door banging, and a corridor covered in Cheezels next morning!!!!! I realise that NYE is a boisterous time of year and accept that but hotels need to realise they have paying guests of all ages ! Would stay there agin anytime but not NYE

The hotel was convenient and the staff was phenomenal! The room was peaceful and comfortable, the beach was quiet but not too far away from other beach areas. The nearby tram is extremely easy to use. And the people!!! They are so pleasant and easy-going. A great time!

The room we continue to get year after year has no view other than the balcony of another room. Most of the minibar items were missing. The information booklet was missing. No information on how to access the resources of the hotel or what time checkout was. The Foxtel channels were reduced to something like three sports channels, a news channel and discovery (the only decent one of the few). Other years there were many more. We felt generally like we were shoved to a corner. This is an annual pilgrimage for us to this hotel for our wedding anniversary, but wont be from now on. Although the meal in Blu was fabulous.

Check-in was very slow and disorganised - had to wait an hour after 2pm check in time. Parking is over priced - it's free in the street a block away. Room cleaning was good at the start and poor at the end - one day no towels!

Check in attendant spoke very quietly as did the check out attendant, both polite, but were not very exurberant. Regardless, we had a lovely stay & will be back again booking through your service.

Really like the romm and facilities and the balcony was a decent size. Our only complaint is the noise in the area at night. Lots of drunk people yelling out at all hours which woke us up numerous times.

Arrived at the hotel but thye had no record of our booking. They were very accomodating and apologetic. Accepted the hotelclub voucher without question and upgraded our room. Wished we had been able to stay longer to take advantage of the magnificent view over the Southern Ocean.

The location is simply outstanding: directly at the beach with uninterrupted views and handy parking below at reasonable prices. Far better than staying in town - especially with that handy tramway.

I found the washing maching instructions very poor,we used the maching one time but as in the [other hotel] in the city (where we stayed 3 nights prior) it was no easy to work out and the maching went through its cycle then would fil again with water.This resulted in us having to hang damp washing around the room. While the room itself was very nice ,I thought I had booked a room that faced the sea,and was a bit dissapointed to find it was a side room with only limited view of the beach. The worse thing about the stay(and a good reason why we will not stay there again,and will not be recomending this particular Hotel to friends) is that each evening early and continuing till at least 2.30am a party was held downstairs in one of the bars in the Hotel,and also at another bar nearby. This I have been told takes place each weekend,the noise would be a constant thumping sound that came up through the floor to the room and made sleep impossible tile the wee small hrs of the morning.

Great location. View from the balcony excellent. Rooms are in need of upgrading. Dirty marks on the curtains, furniture scratched and stained. Restaurants are very good.
