| No Car Parking available, size of pool disappointing. Did not see any cafes or restaurants within close proximity i.e. < 5 min walk. Crown casino is ~ 10 - 15 minute walk away (which is where we ate) |

| As this is a new hotel, and we encountered a few new staff, they are still finding their feet and what they lacked in providing information about the hotel and facilities, they more than made up for with enthusiasm and friendliness. The hotel itself was very tasteful and comfortable and handy to just about anything in the city you might want to visit. |

| great location across the river from the casino and around the corner from Burke street mall shopping. 1bdrm was comfy with fridge and water jug (with filter), and mini kitchenette i was impressed. |

| Oaks on market had a good room and the pool was great. However these little things make the service bad
* A one key policy
* The parking situation not well explained - resulting in chasing up
* I went to another hotel to visit friends and their staff were much more friendlier in explaining the sky bus
* Buffet Breakfast was not worth $15 |
