The hotel served it's purpose for me but nothing more. I did not find the staff informative or helpful. The kitchen facilities were very basic. however the location was quiet and very convenient for the coach station and sky tower.

I think the service was very good for the price, however because i dont want to raise anyones expectations by rating it too high. Always Try putting a request for a higher floor.

The apartment was well kept. The beds were a dream to sleep on. The room wasn't serviced. We had to take our own rubbish down to the basement level. Car parking is limited and cost $20 per night..best to book before you get there. A convenience store is about 200 metres away. The only major concern I had was about the cigarette smell that hit you when you got out of the lift and walked down the corridor to the room. Over all, a very nice place to stay.

I am happy with my stay with Oaks. I will consider staying with them next time I visit Auckland again. They delivered what they promise on the internet.

Very well located close to the City. Close to restaurants etc and has fridge, washer/dryer and micro wave. Onle negative is it is located a block down from a mission with some undesirables outside walk on other side of road or turn off the street before.

The apartment was lovely and very centrally located. It is an urban setting however. Our family of five felt quite safe and we enjoyed our stay. It is a great value

Wonderful roomy apartment. The only problem was that the carpark was full when we arrived so we had to park on the street. The website doesn't offer a carpark option. Other than that, this was great accommodation and is somewhere I will definitely stay again.

Lack of parking space, even for 10 mins to check in is a problem. Desk staff were unhelpful in this regard.

We stayed in a self contain flat with two double bedrooms, not far from the Sky Tower. There are two convenience stores nearby, which proved useful. Only problem is making sure you approach the hotel from the right street, having driven direct from the airport, I found myself driving round the one way system twice to get to the hotel. If your travelling by coach, the station is just down the road, so very convenient. Would definitely consider staying there again.

It was a nice stay overall. Hotel is pretty new and facilities are quite nice. We got the back side apartment which means no sky tower views or balcony. This was probably because booked on a discounted rate. The hotel is located near to sky tower, however, noticed some homeless or rowdy kinda people roaming around. So not the best of the location. But overall quite pleasant stay. Charged 20$ per day for car park. Recommend to book the park in advance.

The apartments were lovely, clean and modern. They were fully equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave and washer/dryer. It's a shame that facilities such as a pool or a bar were not available, but with the centre of Auckland a 10 minute walk away it wasn't really an issue. The apartments are situated near a the police station and near the mission for homeless people. Although the people at the mission posed no threat, the children found it a little bit un-nerving. I would definately stay there again, as it was excellent value for money.

This is the best bang for the buck service apartment in Auckland. We booked two 2-bedroom units (#601 and 701), each came with a kitchenette, little living room and 2 modest bedrooms. The decor is simple modern. Bathroom only has a shower, no bathtub, and the single unit washer/dryer is there, too. Only complaint is the combo washer/dryer does not dry very well at all and is quite loud. Other reviews complain about street traffic noise but we didn't notice it at all. Overall, a great place to stay if you're in town for sightseeing since it is walking distance to everything.

Ideally located apartments relatively close (downhill walk) to Queen St, with easy access to both the northbound & southbound expressways. Room was neat, clean & tidy with self-catering facilities. Carparks need to be booked with the room -$20 / night. Smokers should ask for a room with a balcony, as the apartments are totally non-smoking. No bar or restaurant, however Star City is only 5-10 mins walk away.

| House keeping just needed to keep track of the simple things - like checking the dishes were clean before putting in the cupboard and draws.
Light bulbs blown by elevator in basement and in room. |

Great value for money. We stayed in a 2 bed room apart. it was a bit small for 4 adults but for the price and access to the city it was good value.
