| I was expecting more from this hotel being 4 1/2 star. The double studio room had NO natural light at all. Was so dark without the lights on, the one window opened to a walkway for people to access their rooms so we had to close it the whole time, using lighting. The next thing was having no 'privacy' tag, we were unsure when they would come in, and thankfully when we were dressed the maids came in. The bathroom was small, with a miniature sink you can barely wash your hands in, I was splashing it all on the floor from washing my face! No privacy for the toilet either. The radio was faulty and the cable had only a few channels. was definitely expecting more for the rate me and my bf paid. |

| The location is excellent, but that is all that is good about this place. There are two flights of stairs (5 steps each)in front of the building with no ramp or bell boys, so if you are handicapped or have a lot of luggage, it is difficult to get to the "check-in" lobby. Our studio executive apartment is located on the 7th floor with windows facing the office building across the alley, so you basically can't open the shades. The bathroom is about the size of a cruise ship cabin bathroom, with no bath tub. The sink which measures 8"x14" is tiny but what is worse is there is a glass shelf installed about eight inches above it and it sticks out to cover about half the sink... so it is tough to wash your face and brush your teeth without spilling all over the floor. There is a kitchen area with lots of equipment, but since we were there only two nights, we did not really use it. I would much prefer to have a larger bathroom. The carpet is dingy and well worn. Bed sheets were not changed daily even though they were stained. Both nights, I was awaken at about 4 a.m. by garbage trucks emptying dumpsters full of glass bottles. We asked for a late check out and was told that they cannot do that. It was a busy place indeed as the lobby check in is always packed... but I wonder why, as the price wasn't that cheap either. |

| We got "upgraded" to a sky suite which was spacious and had a good view with a balcony. Be warned though that the lift does not access these and stairs must be taken from the 18th floor up.
Front desk and restaurant service was very good indeed!
A couple of unsual detractions from an otherwise top place to stay - the handbasin was ridiculously small (and I mean small !), the TV could only be turned on/off using the controls on the TV which was hard to reach and there was no bedside table/lamp on one side.
Otherwise quiet and comfortable. |

| Great location. Some of the rooms do not offer as much privacy as I would have liked. |

| First room was described as having a view of an 'internal garden' this was the passage way to the next room! Therefore we had no natural light or no privacy - luckily they moved us after two days or we would still be asleep. |

| Very spacious apartments that were clean. Definitely worth the price. Location was a bit in the business end of the city so dead at night. Not many facilities at the hotel itself. |

| We like the friendly staff, great location, wonderful rooms. They minded their own business and we minded ours. Very enjoyable stay. |

| Bathrooms are way to small. The shower head was not ajustable for shorter people and the spray coverage was pathetic.
The staff are extremely polite and most hospitable.
Individual aircon in room, constantly making noise and only heatig the door area, not entire room.
The room service is the best i've ever encountered and the size and quality of the food was fantastic! |

| We were upgraded to a room with a balcony at no extra cost. Unfortunately balcony view was an allyway and right next to airconditioning outlets! |

| I found the bathroom very small and hard to manouver and I'm not a large person so it would be quite difficult if there were two people. Bed was confy and the kitchen facilities were good even though I didn ot use then everything was there, so for a short stay where you were not goning out every night just perfect. |

| Room 819 was too light and could not sleep due to venetian blinds not closing properly and outside light being kept on all night. I asked to be moved to another room for the last night. |

| Car park is really small. They jam packed the car park with cars to maximise the space yet not providing valet parking.
As such, driver needs to be quite skillful to get in and out to avoid hitting pillars and wall. |

| The room was very well planed, until it came to the bathroom. Who ever came up with that small sink, then put a shelf over it. Don't ever clean there teeth. It was a great hotel, wonderful staff, the bathroom was my only complaint. |

| We enjoyed a most pleasant stay in an executive studio apartment. Staff were efficient and friendly and the decor and fittings were very tasteful and functional. |
