The hotel was in a great location (near darling harbour and the mall). the rooms were quite big but a bit run down, there were lots of marks on the walls and the carpet was quite dirty.

The Oaks Maestri is considered a serviced apartment hotel. You have both the advantages of being in a fully equiped apartment as well as having many of the amenities of living in a hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Hotel is located in Darling Harbor which is one of the centrally located popular touristers spots with many restaurants . It is within walking distance to China Town and other shopping sites and fast food restaurants. Overall, my stay at this hotel was positive.

very clean one bedroom flat with a balcony facing the city. perfect kitchen and restroom with washing machine and dryer - not what i see in some other "serviced" apartments. everything is easy to operate. the only missing thing is a frying pan =)

We were very impressed at the size of the apartment and would certainly stay there again. The location was perfect for our needs as we were attending a wedding in Darling Harbour which was only a couple of minutes walk away.

Great place to stay..close to everything in Sydney and perfect location. Very friendly staff. Only complaint is that the shower was broken and attacked us every night. Would highly recomend this hotel and will definately stay there again.

Pros - Fantastic Location (5 minute walk to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, George Street Cinemas, QVB, Pitt Street Mall) - Spacious Room - Reasonable Service - Clean Pool/Spa/Sauna - Balcony - Great showers Cons - Our heating and A/C wasn't working, so we had to get portable heaters and extra blankets (which they did bring after a second request) - Our remote control for the DVD player went missing one day. Thinking we may have lost it, we rang through to reception to explain. They said not to worry about it. Then magically it reappeared the next day. We suspect they don't have enough to go around and they came into our room while we weren't there to get ours for someone else, and then returned it after we contacted them - a bit dodgy! Overall we had a very pleasant 4 nights there and would recommend it to others

A perfect place to stay in Sydney - fantastic location, great pool, only problem is parking which they provide as an extra. Very highly recommended and I'll stay there next time too. Service was fantastic.

Spacious and clean apartment in handy location. Positioing of blind and mirrors in bedroom allows neighbours to look in, so lacks privacy. Service at check-in was un-welcoming and water was turned off one day.

Great location within walking distance to Darling Harbour and Shopping precinct. Service at reception was average - staff seemed inexperienced. Poor TV and radio reception & no hotel information folder in my room.

I was very happy with my stay, is right in the hub of the city, walk to china town, centre point tower and darling harbour and rail services. The unit however did not have pay tv!

The staff at the Hotel were just brilliant. The position is excellent and the facilities are great. Would be good if it had a restaurant but they do have Moving Menus which were also a good service. Will absolutely stay there again.
