After advertising "stunning ocean views", we were disappointed that we had a huge tree right in front of our apartment & could only glimpse the ocean through the tree. It certainly wasn't beach front. Our apartment only had 1 saucepan which wasn't enough for our family. The gym only had a treadmill, bike & cross trainer which was disappointing. They don't supply pool towels & charge for extra linen.

Excellent hotel to stay at centrally located easy walking distance to Jetty Rd and Glenelg foreshore. Great facilitities with kitchen and laundry included in the unit/ smalll 1 bedroom appartment.

Checking in at night (after 8pm) was a bit of a hassle but other than that was good. Need to put more towels in the bathroom though.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, self contained and clean. Air conditionner struggled a bit to keep the room cool. We had no complaints.

First room has broken patio door that we had to make do with as they couldn't move us until next day. Second room was perfect. Would stay there again.

All the staff were very helpful! The apartment was great. Spacious, clean and cosy. Close to shops and the beach. Great view of the Adelaide Hills. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time away - it was nice to stay where the photos on the website actually match how the room looks. Hopefully we will be able to do it again some time soon.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Disappointed with the car parking arrangements - numbers all over the place and on initial check-in no map to show where to park. No directions on how to find reception and when we had to go across the road to check-in the staff were not helpful.

Great views over pine trees to ocean. Apartment huge and well equipped. Our double balcony with picture windows was a positive feature. We should have stayed in Glenelg for longer and Adelaide for less time as Glenelg is a village with friendly folk and ocean breezes. Plus it is only a short tram ride into the centre- 25 mins. Highly recommended.

Thank you for the opportunity to rate the Hotel, we as a group, eight people were more than satisfied with the accomodation, location and service, particularly by the Maintenance Manager who went out of his way to assist in all facits of our needs, even helping with a troublesome vehicle we hired. The office staff were very accomodating and facilities in the apartments were very adequate.

The only downside was the parking facilties. Didn't seem to be in any logical order? As we were booking in late, we had to go across the road to the "Plaza" to book in. (A bit of an inconvenience.)

Access to hotel reception , not indicated on the Oaks Website as being the another street which does cause difficulty. Reception staff is limited to one, which in some cases were better informed than others. The location is idea for a tourist, the lower floors facing Colley Court can experience street noise issues on the weekends.

There Gym is one exercise Bike & one treadmill - thats not a gym. But the apartment itself was fantastic and the view very nice.

Great location just off the new harbour complex with good choice of restaurants and a few minutes walk to Glenelg main shopping centre and tram to Adelaide city. We found the personal laundry facilities to be very helpful.
