i like this hotel and the car park charges is 15 per night and is just in hotel building can direct go by lift.every thing is good very near casino.there is a cafe next to the reception.good.

Location very good to transport, department stores , convenience store, supermarket and a variety of resturants . Great service, great apartment and view. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Modern apartment with all necessary amentities. Well located for business district of Adelaide. Thin towels was the only critique.

Hotel is in an excellent position. The rooms are showing their age and need a refurbishment, but the advantage of having an apartment for hotel prices when you have kids outweighs any other factor. Skip the breakfast in the attached coffee shop which although cheap is pretty average.

Was disappointed as when I visit Adelaide I always use the Oaks Group . The bathroom Tiolet brush holder had green fungus water in it and there was long black hairs in the bathroom sink floor and shower also the lounge room ( I have short hair and not black ).All my other stays with the group have been very good but this one put a damper on what was supposed to be rest and relaxation getaway .

we needed to do our laundry and the washing machine was broken. It too several calls before a staff member came and checked it out. After that, we were told a maintenance person would come and fix it. After waiting half an hour, we called the reception and they casually said the maintenance person had left for the day. In the end, our clothes were laundered by housekeeping.

Excellent location, walking distance to Rundle Mall shops, Museum, Convention Centre, Railway Station and bus stop in front of Hotel. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment overlooking River.

I found the hotel to be excellent in all aspects, the only thing I had an issue with was when we checked in I found the customer service to be dismal. The lady that checked us in was unenthusiastic and quite unfriendly and failed to even crack a smile. She was not helpful when presented with questions regarding the hotel and seemed annoyed that we had asked her things. I found everything else about the hotel to be of a very good standard.

This hotel is really good and worth to stay when you travel to Adelaide, only walk distance to main attractions and the room clean service is also excellent.

The lifters are little hard to use.

We loved our stay however the second bedroom had very light curtains so in the morning it was daylight in the room at 7.30. Not so good after a hard night out.
