very helpful friendly staff. great access to sydney's best tourist spots and really lovely fresh apartment with all new facilities and a spectacular view of the city lights and fireworks over Darling Harbour. I had a very pleasant stay thankyou. I hope that I can go back next year and that they still have the great rates for this apartment.

Its a very strange experince the building is a converted warehouse & this makes some parts of it look like a prison, but overall it was ok

Would recommend these apartments, good location and reasonable tarrif. Two bed appartments usually very expensive in Sydney CBD area. Be aware that parking is not on site and requires a short walk (100-300m from lifts)probably carrying luggage.Steps between levels of 2 bed appart. are very steep, was fine for us but maybe not for young kids or older people. Will stay here again

Had a great time here, the location of the apartments was great, very close to momorail and tramways, 2 mins walk to darling harbour. Had a apartment on the 11th floor overlooking Pyrmont St Bridge got great pictures of the sunsets over the bridge. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definately be back.

The property has real charm. Our apartment was very comfortable and the location was fantastic - just a short stroll to Darling Harbour.

Complimentary upgrade on check in from queen studio to king studio although the 'king' was still a bit small. Any room with a balcony just faces into the yard at the back of the hotel. Also a bit noisy. On check out, a couple of the girls on the desk were extremely unfriendly and borderline rude. This was my second time staying at the hotel, the first experience (1 bedroom apt) was very good, this was not.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as stated on this website. Room was clean and tidy, a bit dated. Convenient location for the Convention Centre & Darling Harbour.

right in the middle of Darling Harbour at a great price, will be returning with my family

A bit daunting when we arrived near apartment as metal fence and gate. Only on 2nd floor so view of overpass would have been better higher up

We took a 2 night deal in a studio apartment and were very impressed with the building, the apartment and the location. It has everything you need, and is only a very short walk to all the attractions that Sydney has to offer.

Great location close to convention centre, restaurants and Darling Harbour generally. Very private with entrances away from foyer. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to friends. I stayed in a studio with was roomy enough for 1-2 people.

Room was not ready as hotel had allowed late checkouts and housekeeping were not able to cope with the demand. On second day, housekeeping removed our personal laundry from the washing machine and washed hotel towels, then left them wet in the machine! Unacceptable! Reception staff very friendly and apologetic
