Very good value for location. Obviously the shine is wearing off of this once elite hotel with various scuffs, tears and stains on furniture, carpets and headboards, and gym facilities were limited. But still a very pleasant hotel experience.

This is a great hotel for the individual though I see families having a great time as well. I am writing this because I am a regular visitor to the hotel. The Oaks Head office do not employ enough staff to operate the front desk which is a shame because the staff that work their are terrific but you can tell them get stressed because of the large work loads they are required to do. But I highly recomend this hotel because the rooms are larger than your 5 star hotel but more affordable because there is a smaller labour cost. Its would be nice to see Oaks Head Office giving the front line staff a bit more encouragement as the staff are very good but they seem to change a little too often for my liking.

A nice place overall and a good location, however, there's a few things that let the place down. The shower rose is terrible. All you get is a stinging, fine, needle mist. The TV is garbage. The spa needs a clean.

Nice self contained unit. Offered smoking balconies with no ash tray. Front desk staff were helpful, would have been nice if a small map was given out to explore the city further. I would tell people to stay there when visiting Adelaide.

it was delightful , perfect , we were staying at this Hotel four nights in January O9 , everybody was charming , friendly , helpful , so lovely . The one bedroom was Really very good , excellent , i would like to return to this hotel . thank you for all .

The Hotel was well located, however it was far from clean. Stained & dirty carpet,bathroom terrible,thongs required in the shower.Old T.V in living area and nil in the bedroom. Would hate to pay full price. Rating 3 Star.

Apartment had good views out from city and was close to transport. Easy going staff were helpful. Their sister hotel at Glenelg is a good choice too.

We were very impressed with our room. We were on the 16th floor and had a big spa bath. The only problem was that our balcony backed on to Hindley St which was very loud all night (even from the 16th floor)

The Oaks Embassy Hotel Adelaide is located in the heart of the city. Just a few minutes walk away from Runell Mall. The room was great however did look a little dated. Good place to stay if your looking for something in the city and is well priced. We stayed in the Excecutive room which was on the 15th floor so cannot comment on any noise interferance.

The Embassy was well positioned although a little noisy from downtown traffic. The room was well stocked and when there was a problem the staff came to the rescue.

The units are modern and very well set out. Very close to all facilities - Train, Bus, Tram practically at the door. Shopping Mall 10 minutes walk. It made my holiday easy.
