Lovely rooms and good service. High quality fittings and facilities. Nice 15min walk along the lakeside to the town, but would have been good to know that when planning time and activities around the town. Not as central as we expected.

Ideal location. The view from the room and the courtyard are to die for, most likely the best view I have seen from any accommodation. No opening windows, only door, makes the rooms a bit stuffy. Finding the resort when driving is difficult as there are no signs and the resort is below road level.

Cape Santa Maria is secluded, enchanting, amid the most fabulous beaches in the Caribean and yes, the place to recharge your soul. Service is great, the food excellent, and there are wonderful ventures to take your mind off of the ""real world"".

This hotel is a WONDERFUL place, EXCELLENT location from a scenic perspective. It is like a 5 min drive from the main town but the views of the hotel are magnificent. It is on the lake and each apartment has a balcony that opens up to majestic views of queenstown. The rooms are excellent and the decor is beautiful. The desk is only open till 7 pm, so please make sure you inform them if you have a late arrival. Also note, that there are no restaurants or stores around so have a car handy at all times.

The room I had booked, was adequate, but I wanted an upgrade to a room with a deck. We were given a suite, 2brm, sleeps 4 , very comfortable, however the ambiance of the lounge would have been enhanced with at least one easy chair. There was a large settee, but I felt this was inadequate for four adults. The lifts are a bit of a puzzle, if staying in the lower floors 300---- Receptionist had thought they were signed, and was surprised when I pointed out, that one lift was hard to find, being concealed by a door and corridor. Overall exceptional views, parking only for competent drivers! steep entrance and turns. Fridge required de-iceing, but with a top line kitchen to-use this was a minor problem.
