First impressions were of the helpful, cheerful receptionists. Was a lovely welcome. We had a 2 rm appt and couldn't fault it. Roomy, clean and comfortable. Location wise the hotel is within walking distance to shops, cafes, casino etc. Will be recommending the Oaks. Many thanks.

l enjoyed my stay, very clean, top location but over priced ( probably due to Final of Rugby League World Cup in Brisbane that weekend ) Breakfast was poor, non or lack of food on Buffet tables (did not plan for large influx of tourist in town for World Cup) But overall l would stay there again.

An excellent place to stay. Very helpful staff, fantastic central location and great value compared to others around this area. Very clean and excellent room plan. Facilities also very good. Would definately stay here again.

close to main part of city, easy walking distance to everything, serviced daily, some 2 bed rooms only have 1 bathroom
