We found the hotel to be very spacious and well equiped in the kitchen and would recommend it to any one looking for a longer stay

Nice hotel. The one bed room was large. On check in, the lady was a bit arrogent but the rest of the staff were nice. Great location (right across from the beach on one side and shops on the other) and only 6 min drive to the airport.

The Resort quoted 4½ * - VERY OVER-RATED and overpriced. Room 239 was in need of a general overhaul. for example, matters requiring attention include dishwasher - one should be provided, air-conditioning needs overhaul ( very very very noisy) refrigerator requires balancing. TV in bedroom had no remote control. Restaurant was not up to standard.

Great room. Outstanding views. Noisy neighbours at one stage and we had some garbage dumped outside our room which took a while to be collected. Would stay there again.

Loved Coolangatta - for the 'senior' generation much better than Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach. The hotel was perfect - right in the main street, great pubs and restaurants nearby. Lovely beach a block away, better than Surfers.

As expected, with a discount rate we did not have Ocean Views, however apartment was ideal for 2 people on a short stay. Only dissapointment was Restaurant, just not up to standard for this style of resort, stacks of dirty dishes in kitchen open to view of all guests, minimal menu, breakfast only average. Fortunateley some good restaurants in close proximity. Would certainly stay again, but wouldn't eat there unless significant amprovement.

Room was good, clean, very accessible to surrounding areas, including beach and was self contained, so easy to cook own food. lots of restuarants around anyway, gym, pool, spa, sauna and the staff were very friendly. secure parking it was well worth the money

It would have been nice to have been able to order drinks whilst at the pool (even if non-alcoholic) but we had a great time. Very friendly and helpful staff, neat apartment and great location.

Nice place but rooms a bit sparse. Both toilets ran, the bathroom was old with marks and discolouration on the bath. Advertised a spa in the room, this was a normal bath with jets and the pipes maybe needed to be cleaned as the water smelled bad when the bath was filled. However the pool, location and staff were lovely and we had a really nice time.

the pay per view movie wasn't working in our room and we were instantly moved to another room with no fuss.

very well located property , the shower curtains needed replacing in the bathroom as they were all stained . Overall very good
