Good water pressure. Room seemed a bit worn out--dated. Standard room included a small couch which as pull out bed. Overall, not really impressed with the hotel,seems overrated,definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Just what we neededFor our 2 day stopover in Dubai the Novotel World Trade Centre ticked all the boxes. It was great value for money at a quiet time of the year (July - 42 Celsius - no activity at the World Trade Centre.) The kids liked the pool, the breakfast was lovely and the service was impeccable from all the staff. We could not have asked for more.

The hotel has a nice, business-like feel. In most places it would be the lap of luxury, but Dubai is the land of ridiculous extravagance so it comes off as rather ordinary by comparison. The rooms are European style (Chic but small). The bar on the lobby level has nice entertainment each night and the location is pretty central. However, because of the lack of walkways to and from the hotel, you will need to take a cab to get anywhere you want to go.

A cheap hotel dressed up as a nice one. Desk staff good, concierge worthless at all hours. Rooms cheap and ready to come apart. Smokers everywhere in public spaces. Lots of rude French with screaming kids out of control (obviously not hotel's fault). Breakfast buffet a rip-off. Wasn't included in my room fare and I made mistake in paying for it. Internet was also extra and very expensive. Fairly difficult ot get a taxi and, as it is oisolated like much of Dubai, this can be a real headache.

AN EXCELLENT MODERATELY PRICED HOTEL. LUXURIOUS AND GREAT AMENITIES FOR A 4* HOTEL. FOOD WAS GOOD AND BAR PRICES NOT TOO OUTRAGEOUS. STAFF ATTITUDES WERE EXCELLENT.AS WE WERE HERE OVERNIGHT ONLY, IT SUITED US.IT IS MORE SUITED TO THE BUSINESS TRAVELER AND IS NOT NEAR SHOPPING MALLS. BUT GOOD TAXI SERVICE IS AVAILABLE AND SOLVES THAT PROBLEM

we only had 24 hours and this location was great to see everything. Hotel very nice. Cab's cheap.
