| The rooms have been upgraded to a high standard since my last visit. The food was delicious and appropriately priced. The ground staff were courteous and helpful. The management, although efficient, were unfriendly and seened determined not to interact directly with guests. I found this to be very inappropriate |

Also close to shops, supermarket, restaraunts,etc... Most importantly, the staff were extremely helpful & offered good suggestions on what to do in the area. | Considering it was Melbourne Cup week I suppose it wasnt too over priced as back home, with a festival on you would pay through the nose. Hotel is nothing spectacular mind you and could do with some refurbishment. It is expensive all the same but a good week was had. |
