The staff were bright and cheerful, and were very helpful. The hotel is very handy to town, particularly a great selection of restaurants about 2 minutes away. Some hotel facilities like the private spa or sauna are extra costs.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice ,loved pillow menu, great idea and service too. I will highly recommend this hotel.

excellent hotel only down side is the hard reception staff they make you feel bad when you first arrive , resturant are very pricey and food is not enough and not great either

Facilities good & location within walking distance to local restaurants.

seem to cater more for coach parties & conferences. No one to help with luggage & though there was a 'concierge' desk we never found anyone there. Breakfast was poor. Found a nice local restaurant 2mins away for diner though.
