Pleasant staff but constantly rushed trying to deal with endless tour groups and customer enquiries. I felt they needed more staff. Stunning location and wonderful pizza (taste and speed of delivery). I would certainly stay again.

A really nice surprise. This hotel looks smart and lived up to expectations. Free internet access was a nice bonus. Good location, right on the lake in the center of town.

Good location. Nice view. Reasonably large room amd bathroom, but like most of New Zealand hotels, cheaply constructed and pricey.

Great location. The rooms looks newly renovated and easily the best rooms I had in NZ. Polite and helpful staff. Wish I had stayed more nights here and in Queenstown.

Novotel is one of the better places to stay in Queenstown! The room was very nice and the location is perfect! The coffee in the hotel bar however is not good!

The bad: The room had a used tissue crumpled in the corner and crumbs not vacuumed by the bed. The spa room smelled like urine and the water was a murky yellow which we reported. The good: We had a beautiful lakeside view. The concierge service was good and they were very helpful. The location was excellent and walking distance to everything Downtown.
