This is a great hotel for both business and leisure travellers. There is a shop in the lobby and also meeting facilities available. An Outdoor swimming pool is open between during the hot Summer months. (AB02/07) This is a modern bullding with white coloured exterior walls. The hotel is surrounded by gardens. This hotel is located in a quiet area just off the M-30 ringroad and not far from the city centre. The airport and Juan Carlos I trade fair centre are within easy reach by taxi (8 KM). There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and 2 metro stations within 5 minutes walking distance will take you to the city centre in 10 minutes.

The restaurant is found on the groung floor opposite to the reception area. Meals served are nice and carefully prepared as you would expect from this great 4 star property. There is a varied menu available and a children menu. During summer months meals can be enjoyed on the terrace.

Worst hotel i've ever stayed at!! Dont stay here!So many things to complain about where do I start. I normally dont complain but i think i need to tell about thing.1) The Staff are very rude!.. When I first registered at the front desk the man was VERY RUDE. Grab my documentation and passport off me. Then any answer question reply was short and sharpe.2) The hotel is no way 4* very basic!3) Room should have had a king size bed the bed was just about a double.4) Room Should have had a Bath but didnt.5) When asked to change the normal was told no way. again very rude,short,sharpe answers.6) When Calling Room Service the phone was answered by "What".The whole point of staying here was to have a relaxing stay before we fly room. We would have be happier and easier to sleep on airport floor.

A business hotel with adequate rooms, a quaint bathroom, and a nice bed. Location is not within easy walking distance of anything entertaining or edible.

The hotel was clean, one of the female dining hosts was very curt and unaccommodating. We left the "do not disturb" sign on the door and exchanged our towels and bath mat daily, but one of the staff came into our room and restocked the minibar, ignoring the sign. My jewelry was scattered on the bed by me, to find earrings for my granddaughter to wear to my daughter's wedding and I really did not want any unauthorized person in my room. Also, when we were trying to check out, the man behind the counter tried to charge me $ Euros for our room. As there were at least 10 of our family staying at the hotel, we had arranged to have taxis to get to the airport. Trying to get the mess straightened out, I asked him to get the manager and she basically disregarded my information, as if I were lying. I told the rest of the family to go on to the airport so they would not miss their return planes. I tried to tell the hotel manager that she would need to pay for the taxi, since the ones we had scheduled had gone on. She refused. I called the online company and the first time, I was put on hold and then dropped. The second time I online the lady at listened to my problem, called the hotel, then returned to tell me that she couldn't get anyone at the hotel that spoke English. By this time I was just wanting to get out of there and get back home. My daughter's wedding reception was in this hotel on March 21 and the wedding was the sole reason for our going to Spain. We did get to the airport to make our flight.

Hotel meets all basic needs well, but somehow doesn't go beyond. For example, no gym. Also, you have to request iron and ironing board as they are not in each room. Pool is only open in summer.Hotel staff is friendly and speak many languages very well (Spanish, English, French and more). Hotel very clean. Air conditioning not 100% reliable. Restaurant prices on the expensive side. Bar not so good.Location: might be good for business. While not in walking distance to any tourism, the 53 bus stops right outside hotel and takes you into city center. So might be worth staying as a tourist on the weekend when their prices go down and the city center prices do not.

novotel - not greatWe booked ın onlıne for Novotel Madrıd - ıt was our daughters bırthday and we decıded upon Novotel Madrıd because of the pool - even though ıt was out of the centre. When we arrıve the pool was closed and not openıng for the entıre tıme - very dısappoınted gırls - thıs was not on the ınternet sıte and we felt very annoyed because we wouldn,t have stayed there at all - better ın the centre of Madrıd.Also got charge 4 euros for 2 slıce of extra toast - get ıt togehter Novotel thıs sucks.

The Novotel Hotel in Madrid was very neat and comfortable. It would have been nicer if the bathroom was separate from the sink so that one person can use the sink while the other is using the bathroom. There was plenty of space for hanging clothes but not enough to put 2 suitcases. The location was good, only a few blocks away from the metro station.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Slightly away from the centre of Madrid but then having the advantage of a swimming pool. Transport links excellent for the airport and centre of town.
