By car via the Peripherique (ring road), take Quai D Issy, then the Pont Garigliano bridge, Quai Andre Citroen, Quai De Grenelle, you will see the hotel on the left. By metro, take line 10 and alight at Charles Michels or take line 6 and alight at Bir Hakeim. By train, take RER line C then alight at Javel or Maison De La Radio Kennedy.

This is a one-star hotel located several, long blocks to the Eiffel Tower in an area that is run-down and distant from any other Paris sites. The pool was under renovation during our stay - a fact the Novotel website did not mention and we discovered after we checked in. The rooms are small and do not accommodate families well. Our request for adjoining rooms or rooms on the same floor went unheeded. The staff was aloof and not friendly. We plan to visit Paris again but will not stay at this Novotel or any other Novotel again given the poor experience.

This place is Filthy, its maintenance is terrible, good Price at first glimpse, but when you have to withstand vomit over your bathroom walls, and dry pee in the wood of the toilet no price is cheap enough, its still very small, compared to the normal Novotels this place sucks. Service is really bad, the blankets are also dirty, no place to drive in its own parking lot, this place is terrible, all the corridors are filthy, no paint in years. Don?t come here.

Situated on the Seine. Easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel staff was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Great breakfast buffet. The room was a bit drab and the air conditioning couldn't keep the room comfortably cool. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and reasonably sized. The location was close to a the Bir Hakiem train stop, and has a grocery store right behind it. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower (but you can't see it from the hotel). The staff was helpful and friendly (and gave us an early check in which was great). Not in a romantic part of the city, but was a great base for us.

The hotel is walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and the Charles Michael train station, very excellent location. It is in a quiet location and near the River Seine. Getting around Paris was easy with the buses and the trains. The benkay trestaurant was expensive but food was great. The room was good but it is not sound proofed... you get to hear the baby cries from another room and you get to hear the movements of people on the room above you.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. My first impression was that the room was a little on the small side. But after talking to frequent travelers, the hotel rooms in parisian hotels (of course not including luxury hotels) are miniscule. Well, I had no issues at all. The staff were friendly and so was everyone in Paris. Great hotel, loved the location which was walking distance to the eiffel tower. There is a supermarket, movie theatre, restaurants, banks, and to top it off like caramel on an ice cream cone, a mcdonalds all within walking distance. Oh by the way, it is also located near the metro stop......and across from the sienne river, if you are interested in boat rides.

Do not use the phone in the internet computer terminal area. It advertizes 10 cents per minute. When I got home the 5 & 9 minutes call that I made were 55 and 69. I was shocked. The GHEEZ international operator also billed me * and I had already left the country. What a rip off.

the hotel was part of my tour package,im a big guy 6'2"" and i need a big bed well 4 rooms later i got what i need .the room was nice but was still a little small,the biggest thing was that the shower leaked into the room.i meantioned it to the front desk every day but nothing was done,the breakfast buffet was ok but nothing to jump up and down about.i am currently going back to paris and im looking for a better hotel for the money.the metro is real easy to use once you get the hang of it.
