.Had a great stay at this hotel.Nice ,clean and spacious room.Very comfortable bed.Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!The restaurant "Nicole"is a lovely place for breakfast or dinner!-good food,extremely nice and polite staff. Only one unpleasant surprise-charges for car parking.Will stay again!

This place was much more than I expected. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet in Cafe Nicole was phenomenal !!! The pool and jacuzzi could have been a tad bit warmer, but overall it was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. A truly enjoyable experience.

I stayed at this hotel visiting a friend, upon entering the hotel I found the staff to be very responsive and respectful to me. Within five minutes of being at the reception desk I was well on my way to my room. The room was very clean and neat. The room had a modern feel to it and had a huge window overlooking the city. My only complaint would be the internet provided on the tv is very old and outdated. I made a one time purchase with the intent of checking my e-mail from my room and the browser was so old the browser didn't even recognize it. This at a cost of 13 dollars. But disregarding that slight negative I would without a doubt recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area its simply wonderful.

the hotel was opertaing as a 3 star hotel. There was no bell man, and not much service provided. The house kkepers were nice and friendly, as were some of the receiptionists. The hotel entrance was blocked and the signed were confusing. No one was at the holtel main entry to guid you to alternative entrance. There was no top sheet on the bed and under new and apparently green policy the comforter is all what you get which is not being changed daily.

Reception deskwasvery friendly, efficient, accommodating, quick! Continental breakfast should be included with price. Novotel is a very good hotel. We would stay there again. I found the reception desk so friendly and inviting. The breakfast waitress was very friendly and good. Just a minor comment, we had to go to the reception desk to request toilet paper as there was no standby roll. This was not a big deal, everyone forgets and everyone has a bad day. Thank you.

I came from USA and stayed at this hotel for two days. I was satisfied with the room but not the bath room. They did not have any soaps or tooth paste. we had to tell them to bring the soap and paste they did not have the first day but later we got it.The room was very clean and goog. But i think you should bring your own soaps and paste in case they run out of it.I will recommend it to those who want to see toronto CN TOWER and casa loma.Its very near. It had the good breakfast menu too. On the whole it was good.

Check in was fairly quick. Poor room, unclean. Well located, poor quality, convenient, no complimentary breakfast, and run down facility.

Overall my stay at the Novotel was very pleasant. I had seen some bad reviews about the regular rooms so I made sure I reserved a novation room. The room was nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the mall which is great, and its only a 20 minute drive to downtown Toronto (with no traffic). The restaurant isnt that great though very limited menu but the food is decent. The fitness facility leaves a lot to be desired but the pool is a good size. I'd definately stay here again.

Good location for business purposes. Parking now $12 extra - only hotel in Mississauga that charges parking; no decafe coffee in room; paper coffee cups & plastic glasses; no newspaper. Overrated at 3 star - has restaurant/bar/room service.

Very welcoming ambience in the lobby, very comfortable feeling. The entrance is a little difficult to access. It has a beautiful solarium lobby with interesting mixture of retro and modern furniture and decorating all of which made a very friendly entrance. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hallways were somewhat older and on the survey send to us from the hotel, to which we responded, they said the hallways will soon be redecorated.

The size of the room is good and comfortable enough. Close to a major mall which make it easy for short time traveller or transit, quite and peacfull. Istayed for 2 nights only and will be hard to say.
