When I arrived I was kept waiting in reception for quite a while as instructions to let me check in were not passed on to other staff (the room had been prepaid earlier) but after that was sorted out the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would definately recommend this Hotel for those on a budget. The room was clean and adequate, we weren't disturbed by any noise from the Entertainment centre, maybe being on the sixth floor kept us away from most noise, and parking was easy once we know where to go, but initially it was little confusing.

we stayed in a King Deluxe room it was directly next to the highway and extremely noisey each night about 3-4 sirens and each time we had no choice but to wake up. There was a band playing somewhere and it to added to the noise.

Great location as it is close to Darling Harbour and centre of Sydney. Rooms are well equipped and service is good from all staff.

Little more bench space in the bathroom would have been good, but other than that, really enjoyed my experience there. Central to town and transport and clean and friendly.

The hotel in itself was excellent but the location of our room overlooking the Darling Harbour road to the Anzac Bridge a bit noisy. Maybe on a higher floor would have been better. Can't complain because you pay for what you get.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient place. Being so close to darling harbour, it is easy to do shopping, find a nice restaurant and enjoy the night entertainments. The hotel is clean and pleasant. It was a very delightful stay.

Beds were hard, pillows were terrible. Front desk were less than helpful. Great location though.

Nice hotel first visit but will return car parking is a little inconvenient but once you get to know where to park its easy and only a short walk to the hotel from the car park all in all nice location and nice hotel

The hotel was superb! It was very clean and the staff were exptionally helpful. I had origanlly booked a twin bed room and the staff gladly offered me the king-size bed option at no extra cost. I would definitley recommend the hotel to family and friends and would stay there again.

Location good, rooms clean but check in staff abysmal. House keeping staff even worse. Hotel could be good if staff were trained andshad some idea what they were doing and what they were promising and if at least one of them could speak English. Would stay there again and would hope that the servce would improve. Breakfast not good.
