A good hotel to choose again if would have other chance to be in Brisbane. Not very close to any interesting places however they are all around it.

Very convenient to the train station and a nice walk to the shopping areas. Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth the price.

The Buffet breakfast was exceptional with a large range of food and drinks available. Staff were very professional in their duties and managed the large number of guests who came down for breakfast with ease. A good team all round and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, also I would highly recommend the Novotel Hotel Brisbane to all my friends and aquaintances. The large size bed was very comfortable and conducive to a refreshing sleep. Clean bathroom and toilet area along with the clean fresh room. A lovely fragrance greeted us in the large reception area. Not one complaint apart from the fact that it rained in Brisbane the day we arrived, I am certain Novotel had no control over that area though!! Kind regards, Mrs Frances Jones Canberra A.C.T.

Reception friendly and helpful. Housekeeping not up to standard first two days. Last day was good. Second day towels not refreshed or used ones rehung. Coffee cups not cleaned properly both days. Probably different housekeeping on Sunday when things were a we expect. The hotel's location was convenient except that it is situated on a steep hill. For older and guests not as fit as they might be doing it once a day was enough. Consequently we ate all our dinners at the motel. It is a very nice motel except for the not quite up to standard housekeeping but suspect it was once person not doing their job well.

After becoming aware that it was my wedding night, the hotel upgraded my room at check-in, provided a courtesy bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates, all at the already discounted price obtained through this site.
