Very clean - great value for price paid. Front desk staff worked very hard in solving my problems (not anything to do with hotel). Shuttle to airport was very efficient and ready to leave at 6:00 am.

a good 4 star hotel. What you are expecting from a Novotel. For customer service, they should get some training in the UK. They need to find out how to smile to a customer.

I selected this hotel because of its location close to the airport since I was only in Malaga to catch a flight. If the objective was to visit Malaga, then this hotel is out of the way. I was pleasantly surprised that the shuttle hours had been modified so that the shuttle to the airport started at 6 AM. The shuttle is a small van so I recommend you aim to take an earlier shuttle, just in case you get bumped to the next one. It is 5 minutes to the airport. The hotel is what you would expext of a modern business hotel with clean, modern facilties, free wireless internet plus a couple of work stations in the lobby, friendly, efficient staff speaking English as required. Check in and check out was quick. The rooms are large and bathroom facilities commensurate with the room size. The rooms are quiet. The hotel was isolated, so I had been concerned about dining options. The hotel has a good restaurant with average prices but there are some fast food options withing walking distance +

Nice neat & clean room, very modern design with free internat in your own room. The best of all is the free shuttle bus to airport. It made my trip easy and relax.
