| We found the bar attendant, Vbeck, was absolutely fantastic over the 6 days we stayed at the hotel. He made our stay wonderful and was very careing towards my elderly parents which I was very impressed with. many thanks |

| We've stayed in more than 10 Auckland hotels this year and received the best welcome from the young man at Novotel Ellerslie. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, the best in Auckland. Handy to the motorway but still quiet in the rooms. Comfy beds! |

| Novotel rooms were very spacious. very clean. guest laundry too which was quite handy.
it was hard to locate as signage not properly visible.
