The Hotel is convenient to the HKG airport with free shuttle service (not noisy) and near a mall and the affordable cable cars are in easy walking distance. Cable cars have remarkable views and the tallest Buddha is easily visited from the top stop. Staff is fatigued and unwelcoming. Our air conditioning didn't take out the moisture but it was cool enough. A good place to spend a couple of nights after being on the mainland before flying home. Lots of Aussies not locals or Asian tourists. Would stay on Kowloon if visiting Hong Kong instead of here. Again, good for a day trip near the airport. Also, upgrade for lots of freebies like wireless, breakfast, cocktails, etc.

Hotel is great for a short stay in Hong Kong. The MTR underneath makes it very accessible to Hong Kong for a cheap price. Very handy for shops at Citygate even though the majority do not open till 11am. Rooms are a little small but this is the third time I have stayed here and would do so again in the near future. Instead of eating in the hotel, I suggest eating at the local restaurants for first class and reasonably priced food.

We stayed there for two nights on our way back to Australia from France. Rooms were great and staff were very helpful. Very close to the airport (about 5 mins on the hotel's free shuttle), which was very handy considering we had an early flight out. Another benefit was the fact that it is attached to a very trendy shopping mall, which is good for filling in a stop-over evening.

This hotel is a gem, with easy access to the airport. The room was very quiet and comfortable and a good size for the money. The furniture and high tech features are impressive. My room on the 19th floor had a great view of the harbor. The front desk people were efficient and helpful. I liked the direct connection of the hotel to the large up-scale outlet mall that is attached to the complex, which includes places to eat or have coffee. The hotel is new and very clean. You can tell the staff takes pride in working there. I appreciated the free hotel shuttle to and from the airport that took less than 15 minutes. I enjoyed taking a walk in the nicely landscaped garden leading to the pool. And, although I did not have time to use it, the outdoor pool looked very inviting. Food selections were good and prices reasonable for this city. I recommend this hotel highly and will stay there again.

As an airport hotel, this is excellent with a regular shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are first class and the service excellent. There is a gym for guests that is a boon for those who want to keep fit on their travels. The shopping arcade from the hotel has a great range of shops. Two small detractions: the dining room gets very crowded at night so bookings are advised, dine earlier rather than later. The shuttle service is not 24 hours so if you have a very early flight you will need to arrange a taxi to the airport.

The hotel's location is the only thing it relaly has going for it. But if pushed I would say it was clean and felt somewhat secure. But the rest... I didn't enjoy my stay. The service and activities were bad and facilities were useless. The only reason I would stay here would be to go to the airport. I really don't give reviews, but this hotel really pissed me off with service and useability. I have stayed in many hotels throughout asia and this being one of the higher ratings was far from the top. There may be lower but I would only come back if I have to go through the airport early the next morning. One note that did brighten my stay was that I was looking for something to bring home to my family and I did find something in the Taste grocery store that worked out. The mall was incredibly boring. Of course, I'm a guy that doesn't enjoy shopping for women's apparel without my wife. So maybe that could be better for someone else as an activity. There seemed to only be one electronic store (the size of a closet). The pool closes early, the tram closes early and so there is nothing to do in the evening.

Excellent hotel Great for overnight stopover, so close to the airport. Beautifully furnished - quiet rooms The hotel provide reliable & fast shuttle service back & forth to the airport. Incredible shopping mall basically attached to the hotel complex. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely excellent hotel, convenient location after 12 hour flight. Hotel facilities excellent. MTR, shops etc all under one roof. Will most definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.

A very convenient and comfortable location for an overnight stay between flights. Fairly new hotel with modern facilities. Only a short distance from airport but no air traffic noise. Free shuttle service is excellent but perhaps information about joining the shuttle should be on the hotel website. We wandered around the terminal for about 15 minutes before being told that we need to go to a particular counter (can't remember but it was either B12 or B16).

This is an excellent hotel situated near to the airport and is part of a large discount shopping mall. The food was excellent and all in all we enjoyed our stopover very much. If we are back in Hong Kong at anytime in the future we will definitely stay at this hotel

for a room at $369. one would expect to be able to get a non smoking room when requested. this did not happen. also for an hotel at an international airport like h.k. one would expect ot be able to check in on arrival. no matter what time...(this is after all an hotel supposedly catering for airport travellers.. arfer a long haul from oslo not easy to have to wait 2 hrs to check in.otherwise all else ok
