Right downtown close to sky dome rogers center and downtown!

Breakfast was not included, so I saved * per night with your 20% discount but I had to pay * for breakfast per day. This was very dishonest from you. I made my deposit in usd and the rate of exchange they applied was not the one shown in their notice in the wall of the front desk, it was lower, with no reason. I choose this hotel, among other reasons, because of the aeroplan miles, but I did not get them either. Last but not least, is that we were treated like third class tourists because we were not the ones who actually paid for the stay and therefore we had no right whatsoever to ask or to claim anything. It was a travel website reservation, and we were told this by the front desk receptionist upon our check in. Not sure we will use again this hotel chain and travel website.

I thought the Novotel Toronto Centre was great. My room was very comfortable and well appointed... spotlessly clean. And the place seems virtually soundproof. I never heard my neighbors through the walls or ceiling. The folks at the desk were gracious and helpful. And the location is excellent. Cafe Nicole is expensive, but delicous. Service is kind of slow, though. I would definitely stay again.

The location is wonderful as there are several restaurants, sites, bus stops, train stations and water transporation within walking distance. The plumbing was not fantastic, our shower had to be snaked several times during our 5 day stay. Parking is very expensive * a day. The pool is small and a consistant 4' deep, the hot tub was decent. We did receive two wake up calls that we did not request but the staff apologized. Overall it was a good hotel, I would stay again.

All in all it's a nice place, the exercise room and pool were a great bonus. The only problem we really had was that the beds were not very comfortable, quite hard, luckily we were so tired by the time the concert ended we managed to sleep anyway. It was handy because it's close to a lot such as restaurants and the ACC, once we parked we didn't have to drive anymore. The parking was an issue, however that was due to construction to the parking lot so I’m sure this will be improved in the future, I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We really like it because it is very close to many attractions we were interested in--like the Hockey Hall of Fame, Eaton Center, CN Tower, Roy Thompson Hall. The room is very comfortable and and the staff is helpful and friendly. The buffet breafast is fabulous and the kids eat free. The only thing to know is, do not even pick up anything in the mini-bar fridge or the water bottles on the countertop. My kids picked up a bottle of water and must have taken off a piece of paper indicating that they were not complimentary, because I assumed they were. We used them for coffee in the morning and they charged us 4.50 per bottle!!! The items are on a sensor pad and the front desk knows exactly what you touch.

Very nice lobby and rooms but, our room smelled of cigarette smoke and was a non smoking room that was not a pleasant smell. All in all very nice we stayed at Novetel in Montreal and were looking forward to the flat screen TV and updated bathroom. Bar was nice and friendly. Breakfast buffet was really nice.

Novotel Toronto Centre proved to be a good choice. Very quiet room and the hotel itself is in a less busy area of the city, though near enough to metro to go where you want to go without much inconvenience. Overall it provided a clean, quiet accomodation.

The hotel was wonderful. I would have preferred to sleep in, but there was drilling in the parking garage that started at 8 am. It was very loud! At least we got up and going early that day!

Good value for a downtown location. Helpful check-in staff who accommodated my request for a quiet room. Expensive parking considering there is public parking available right behind the hotel at a third of the price.

Nice exterior appearance. Hotel staff mixed - It take 15 minutes to check in. Room was ordinary (in my case with no view) - place seems to need a 'refresh' = particularly when it comes to staff. Plastic glasses/paper cups reminds me of Super 8 motel.

I like the hotel. The parking should be free as my clean car was covered in dust from construction in parking garage, fine cement dust not good for paint job. Cleaning staff noisy and made you feel you had to get out of your room so they could clean, after three knocks on room even though we where staying another night.
