It been always a great experience to stay in this establishment all this while but my last visit here has change my perception towards this hotel. In my last visit to this hotel I am very disappointed with the service level which I normally would have rated it 5 star, but now I do not think this hotel deserve any star for the services provided recently. Even the current duty manager, could not assist me to my needs as his level of communications at its worst, he could not speak good english and unable to provide me the assistance needed. For the price, there are other hotel just around the corner which are much cheaper and providing the same or better service. But you have to try the buffet in this hotel, value for money good variety of dishes.

welcomed upon arrival with fresh juice and cool towel.Bags and Girlfriend were taken to the room immediately even before confirmation of my reservation.Never had to wait long for anything, the rooms and Hotel were very clean and pleasant.

the hotel is quite nice considering the selection of hotels in Hat Yai. The only complaints we would have to do with the bar/lounge where we tried to have a nice drink before dinner. First they staff insisted on playing some loud music, then set up a video screen with rock videos. Finally, another customer came and started to smoke, totally ignoring the "no Smoking" sign. In the end, we had to abandon the lounge and move to the dining room to finish our bottle of wine. The dinner was also a bit lacking, despite its advertizement. The food did not really live up to expectations as both the beef and fish dishes were not well prepared. Nothwithstanding, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

It was a total disappointment staying in this hotel. It was filthy. The rooms need an upgrade immediately. I would rate it no more than 2 star. The room rate was astronomical for such a lowly rated hotel. I will never stay here again. There are so many unrated hotels that are cleaner, 1/3rd. the price and provide better service and facilities. The buffet breakfast was unpalatable.

Very, very good. The staff are very polite and sincere in making our stay a memorable one. Could be better if they are given more training to converse in English. Would definitely come back again to the hotel. Keep up with the good service
