An excellent experience!We stayed for a long weekend - birthday celebrations - and get together with whole family including some living in Norwich. The apartment was perfect for our needs - room for all of us to eat and 'hang out'. Close to the river for walks, close to night life for younger generation, close to town for everyone. It was quite noisy on the Friday night/ Saturday morning but only to be expected as it's located next door to a hotel and a pub. Facilities excellent - real home from home. We definitely hope to be back - much better than staying in a hotel.

Much better than a hotelWe stayed in one of these apartments for 2 nights last weekend. The accomodation is well maintained, with new decorations and furniture. It was very clean and comfortable with every facility that you might require including TV, DVD, washing machine, wireless broadband etc. The location is very convenient for the centre of Norwich, with several restaurants nearby (although last weekend these were nearly all very busy). For the price of a hotel room this is a much better option, especially if you are travelling with teenage children (as we were) as they can have their own room.

Very nice apartmentVery convenient for the town. Clean and comfortable, covered parking...couldn't really ask for more!The only not so good bit was the noise from the pub behind, but I think there might have been a football match being screened...or maybe just a normal Saturday night! Otherwise reasonably quiet for a town location.Would definately stay again if in the area.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a really lovely time. I would recommend staying in an apartment as it gives you so much freedom to come and go, and to cook for yourselves if you so desire. The apartment was extremely well equipped and comfortable - a home from home! Would recommend and would stay again.

An excellent apartment in every respect. Very well presented in a perfect location for visiting Norwich. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had every home from home comfort.We were greeted as arranged and had a very safe parking space for our X5. I would recommend this apartment over any hotel I have ever stayed in, whilst visiting Norwich, and will chose this accommodation over a hotel when we next return. I hope that all visitors respect the efforts of the owners to maintain the quality of the accommodation.

City BreakThis place is right in the centre of town.... everything you need is within a 2 minute walk, but you are far enough away from the action to be able to sleep soundly when you want to.I now always book appartments as they are much better value for money than hotels.I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a blot hole for a few days or a place to call 'home' for the evening.

Excellent experience here.. no negative comments at all.Nice touch having fresh milk in the fridge,and a small selection of DVD`s, books and playing cards. I hope guests don`t abuse the generosity and trust of the owners. Only extra thing we would`ve found helpful would be a City Map... there probably have been maps in the Info Folder that have not been replaced by guests after they`ve used them.... Also if future guests could take the time to fill in the Visitors Book and make recommendations for eating out.. it would be invaluable as there are so many places to choose from ... and quality varies dramatically.

Accommodation was in a perfect location in the city centre, and we were welcomed warmly on arrival. The apartment was well presented and complimentary tea coffee and milk provided. The time taken by our hosts to think of everything, meant we felt immediately at home. We didn't want to leave!

A great apartment, good central location with own parking which is always a bonus city center. Friendly greeeting and nice touches with tea, coffee and fresh milk all waiting.I would certainly use this apartment again when travelling in the area and will recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Fabulous well situated apartment, very clean also owners where very nice to deal with. Would stay again. Close to a number of good restaurants.
