The Norwich Inn is an historic, full-service Vermont country inn just across the Connecticut River from Hanover, NH and Dartmouth College. The Inn offers 38 guest rooms (22 of which are brand new), a Pub, a Microbrewery featuring hand-crafted English Ales,a Wine Cellar, and a fine dining restaurant. The Inn and the Town were the inspiration behind the popular TV Show, "Newhart" which was set in Norwich. Just 1.5 miles from the center of Dartmouth College Campus, it is a popular haven for visitors to the college. Close proximity to I-91 allows for easy access to Norwich-based King Arthur Flour, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (3.5 mi), Quechee (13 mi), and Woodstock (19 mi). For skiers, the Inn is located less than 1 hour from Killington and Okemo in Vermont and Mount Sunapee, New Hampshire. The Dartmouth Skyway is located 10 miles away in Lyme, NH.

What are your breakfast options?: We have full breakfast on Tuesday to Sunday. It is served in our dining room and it is not complimentary, it cost around $11. Breakfast is complimentary on Mondays. We serve breakfast at 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekdays and 8:00 am to 10:30 am on weekends. Every day we offer complimentary coffee, tea and pastries for our guests.
What transport is available to get around?: Norwich is located in what is referred to as the Upper Valley. The Upper Valley has a free bus service called Advance Transit. There are also several cab companies in the area. Most people, of course, travel by car since it is largely a rural area. There is a Greyhound bus station
in White River Junction and the Dartmouth Coach bus service that services trips from Hanover, NH to Boston's Logan Airport.
What can I do nearby?: Dartmouth College, King Arthur Flour and a lot of other attractions are in the area.
Do you have internet?: We do have wireless in all the rooms and public areas. It is free of charge.
